We have been here twice. The pools are ok. We like the steam room, but it is small. They definitely need to update. The water slide is a joke. They don't have enough water going down it for an adult and barely enough for kids, but the main issue is it is old and the fiberglass is coming out. My kids got fiberglass in their skin, and one got a paint chip in her toe nail all from the water slide. Their prices are way too high for what you get.

For starters, I took both my nieces to the tepee to go swimming. We are waiting for the slide to start running (it starts at noon). But , the concerning part is , while we are waiting they are spraying the slide with some sort of cleaner, and the person cleaning is wearing a respirator and scrubbing the slide. Then , after cleaning it , they rinse it with a hose and it drains straight into the pool. So they can’t breathe it in? But we can swim in it? Ok whatever. After they are cleaning the slide, they open it. I take both my nieces on the slide and the paint on the slide is chipping, so it shredded my bottom and my nieces and ruined our all our swimming suits.

Not peak season so nice that it was not crowded. Reasonable daily price with discounts for seniors and military. Staff was friendly; they regularly check water temps. Dressing rooms/showers were nice and clean but probably get crowded during peak season. Lots of choices for pools if you want to swim or just soak in one of the hot pools. The steam room was just right but sauna not hot enough. Enjoyed our visit.

Management was very kind, helpful and welcoming, Thank you for your help!. Loved how clean the facilities were and how the open lawn kept it from seeming so crowded. The slide was crazy fast and I couldn't keep my kid off of it! The new concession stand was great too, thank you to whoever the cutie was working behind the counter!

Was there in 1994 and not a lot has changed, though the shower rooms had been completely redone and I think the roof (a huge expanse) had been replaced.. The pools are amazing though stinky. Plan on airing and washing your suits several times to get rid of the mineral smells. This is a must stop if in Thermopolis.

Our class went here for a field trip. It was fun! We played basketball in the pools, the pools were warm and hot. There is a waterslide inside and outside, but the outside one was closed (because it is cold in November). The outside pools and hot tubs were open even thought it was cold and there was snow on the ground. The pools and hot tubs were different temperatures. There was a steam room inside. There were pool noodles and balls to play with. Safety signs were around the pool area. There were locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, lockers, and changing stalls. Picnic tables were outside. Make sure to go down the road (Sharp Nose Drive) next to this location. There is a park where you can see the natural hot springs and formations up close. There is a walking bridge over there, too. It was an awesome trip! CMSLS REVIEWS

We showed up and we're the only ones here in the beginning of the day and was greeted by a lady I don't know her name but she had tattoos and she was super awesome with explaining everything and giving me the history and such of this Hot Springs. And when I finished getting dressed and finished at the location there was quite a bit of people here and I was waiting for my wife and an employee named John came up and greeted me while I was having a soda at the table and answered a bunch more history questions for me about this location super awesome place very cheap I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area

Great food and fantastic environment! We gave Faith and Jen a somewhat challenging order on a hard day. And not only rose to the challenge, but smashed it. I feel blessed to have experienced such a culinary masterpiece at a fast food shop. so behind
