Where do I start. The front desk person was not trained well and difficult to understand. Told us our room was $190.00 and we said that when we had booked it was $119.00 so he finally gave it to us for $119.00 when I produced our reservation. The room was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. They had said hot breakfast online but not so. We will not be back.
we booked this hotel weeks in advance and reserved two rooms with two beds each. when we arrived to this absolutely vile establishment we were immediately met with the undeniable scent of urine. this scent was fairly strong in the hallway but was completely overpowering in room #1, due to this we went down to the front desk and requested a room change and they placed those that were staying in room #1 on the first floor. meanwhile, the family members staying in room #2 noticed a general uncleanliness about their room and decided to investigate further. their findings included (but were not limited to): Splatters on the wall next to the bed, crumbs on armchair, dried snot on bed skirt, hair and bodily fluids on bedsheets, mystery fluids on beds decorative shams, dirt and mystery splatters in shower (that was wet when we arrived??), garbage cans left unchanged, trash left on bathroom counter, dirty/hairy heater in bathroom, and a very grimy overall feeling about the whole space that left everyone uncomfortable to sit on the beds (let alone sleep in them). when these discoveries were made we told the front desk and they informed us that they had no more rooms available, despite there being only 8 cars in the parking lot. when i went down to show them photos somehow a new room magically appeared. we were relocated to a room on the second floor. now i don't know how to make this clear enough for you, the hallway in the second room smelt like someone painted the walls with urine. i gagged THREE times on the way to our new room. the room however was on the other side of two doors separating the stairs from the hallway and didn't smell bad. at this point it was around 12:00am and we had been driving for 15 hours so all of us were desperate to sleep, but after the state of the first room we did a once over to find bright yellow urine all over the duvet. we went down to the front desk yet again and he gave us a new set of sheets for US to change and sent us back to our original room (that was still completely disgusting). upon changing the sheets we found blood and urine all over the mattress protecters (photos also attached) and at that point we went BACK down to the desk and showed photos to the front desk attendant, who just told us he would refund us. our saving grace was a nearby hotel that had CLEAN available rooms. DO NOT BY ANY MEANS STAY HERE, IF WE COULDN'T FIND A NEW HOTEL WE WERE PREPARED TO SLEEP IN OUR CARS. THIS HOTEL MUST BE SOME SORT OF HEALTH VIOLATION. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THERE IS SO MUCH URINE EVERYWHERE.
HORRIBLE HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. VIOLATION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY. HORRIBLE, RUDE CUSTOMER “SERVICE”. DIRTY, MUSTY ROOMS. NO “CONTINENTAL” BREAKFAST. 1. There was hair in my shower. Not sure if room was cleaned before arrival. A musty smell throughout. 2. The “continental breakfast” is white bread, fruit loops/raisin bran, skim milk, oj, butter/cream cheese (for bagels that don’t exist), and a waffle maker. There is zero protein or hot breakfast food. Don’t expect to have a nice breakfast. 3. Coffee makers are only in some rooms. We didn’t have one. 4. The guest laundry room smells atrocious, there is lint all over the floor. 5. Front desk often completely unmanned. 6. Confusing layout (it’s not their fault, but just know this is the case). 7. They allowed someone to open the dryer while I was drying clothes, costing me more money to restart it, and made ZERO effort to provide a credit or help with costs of clothes. Some of my clothes could be stolen. We are on a big road trip and were looking for a last minute place to crash. We paid $150 for this place. It’s not worth it. It’s worth about $30 a night for what you get.
We paid $250 for this room. I should have been given $240 back after check out. This place is gross. Urine stains on the sheets, no light bulbs, dirty bathroom, the toilet seat slid off the toilet, etc. These rooms should be $50 a night. Good service, but filthy as soon as you walk into the lobby after dodging 25 piles of dog S&$T.
Location is not bad, but not walkable to anything. Beds were comfortable but had to ask for more bath towels. Tv had no signal and I could not connect to wi-fi. Good thing I had a hot spot with my telephone. Breakfast was less than minimal and there were no lights on in the that area - plates and bowls were set out on a counter but food was in a totally different area - white bread for toast, milk and juice in a fridge, cups for coffee and juice each wrapped in plastic, two types of cereal in a dispenser, a coffee machine, and an array of sweeteners. There was a toaster and a microwave available. We decided to go somewhere else to eat. On checking in I had to ring for the attendant (3:30 p.m.) and on leaving in the a.m. (about 8 a.m.) there was again no sight of an attendant. I would not recommend this place again.
Dont let the pictures they post fool you. This place is disgusting. The minute you walk into the lobby it smells absolutely terrible of dirty/wrotten feet. I wanted to throw up. The rooms are just as bad. They look and smell filthy. When the man at the front showed me the room as soon as he opened the door all I could smell was cigarettes. He told me before I even said anything how he could spray air freshener in the room for us. I wanted to laugh. Thankfully since we made our reservations with expedia we were able to cancel and get our money back with no issue other wise they would of probably still tried to charge us. I'm positive any good reviews they have are not from a guest but from a friend or even the family that owns the hotel.
Booked through Expedia! Plans changed and had to cancel the stay! Called the inn and talked with the front desk explaining the situation . Was told that I could cancel with no charge!! I cancelled the reservation, however they still charged me forget the room!! After the front desk said that I could cancel with no charge!!! Don’t trust anything that they say!! No reason just charge the room!!!! Policy or not if the desk says no charge then there should be NO CHARGE!!! Horrible integrity
I never knew it was here as the green roof blends into surroundings. This is a great 2 star motel. Big parking lot. Big lobby. Big rooms, beds, and bathroom. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The whiners and lowball reviewers forgot its a 2 star motel. If you want snappy attentive service and all the bells and whistles then go to a 3 or 4 star motel and pay over a 100.00. But for 50-60 bucks enjoy your stay here and ring the bell for service since staff here has other stuff to do rather than wait on you
