Heirloom did a great job with my vhs tapes. The entire process was explained and all my questions were answered. They said to allow 2 weeks but it only took them a few days. I am very pleased with this company. Their customer service is great. They are so pleasant and helpful.

I took our VCR home movie tapes to HEIRLOOM.CLOUD at their Mount Pleasant location. What a great experience! They competed the project in less than a week. Geoff and company redid a fifty year old reel to reel championship basketball game for me and did a great job. Still a very good view streaming the game and I can share it with all my old teammates. My Aunt gave me a dozen audio reels from the mid-1950s. Because of the age I didn't want to mail them off to someone I couldn't talk to in person. I found Heirloom Cloud in Mt. Pleasant and their website showed they could deal with these audio reels. Their website is great and every email and in person interaction was fabulous. The quality of the digitized audio is better than we expected. They are very reasonably priced with excellent turnaround.
