A lovely cafe with the sweetest staff ever. These ladies are so friendly and attentive! Very cute with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Parking can be a bit hard to find, there are some lots and street spaces nearby. There’s a bathroom outside too, just ask staff for the door code. Decent prices and decent food. The quiche of the day was flavorful with great texture, and the Spanish latte was excellent. Would recommend and definitely go back

The pastries/desserts here are absolutely delicious. So is the coffee. Sadly, their food quality seems… different? I used to love coming here for sandwiches, but my French Chicken sandwich was meager and falling apart with thin soggy bread. Not good, especially when I paid $45 for 2 sandwiches… I will continue to come here for the pastries and friendly customer service, but I really hope they return their food quality to what it used to be.

New owners. They took away the gluten-free and vegan items :( and they put in a jumbotron TV. I’m worried about what’s happening to this neighborhood favorite. I can’t find an email on their website to let them know how much we miss GF/V items.

Heirloom is a great place to enjoy breakfast, brunch and lunch. Their desserts look amazing and we will for sure be trying them next time. My fiancé and I shared the French chicken sandwich and the breakfast burrito with potatoes. Both were delicious and portioned perfectly for the price. The staff was friendly and the patio is great for enjoying the weather under the shade.

Quality was quite good on the quiche! Not sure on the mocha; if I accidentally got a latte instead it was good but light on the coffee in my book; if it was actually a mocha (some chocolate seemingly on the bottom) then not so great. I get to whole move to paper straws but it lasted under 5 minutes and the rest of my order took over 15, so the moist gooey paper flavor doesn't help either. 🤷‍♂️. So, seems to be a good cozy coffee with a bite kind of place, which is my kind of place, but unless I happen to move nearby and want a relaxing walk and hangout, then it doesn't suit me as well as others even though there's a lot to like about this place. It's quite busy as a measure.

Smiles, excellent coffee and sumptuous dishes, all the classics, plus daily specials -- what more can you ask for? Excellent omelette and chilaquiles, all served freshly prepared and friendly. Portions are ample

The coffee is super rich & delicious. The food is fresh and yummy! We'll totally be back, as there is plenty of free parking and we can bring the doggies to chill in the patio with us 😊

My husband and I love it here. The food is good, not over priced and they have a very decent selection. I ordered the quiche with fresh fruit my husband ordered an omelet with potatoes. The portions are big (not complaining 🐷) and the fruit was actually very sweet and fresh. We went on a Sunday morning and it was packed, we luckily got a table outside but I saw a number of people looking/waiting for a place to sit. Parking wasn't an issue, we found street parking on the same block.
