This house was such a memorable experience... the hosts were super attentive and the property was amazing. The indoor pool was something we had never experienced.... The whole family loved it. We also enjoyed the outdoor grill, fire pit and huge backyard. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge in every room. The heated pool in the living room was spectacular. Patrick cooked for us one of the night of our stay and it was absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay with Patrick again. Thanks for everything!
Hidden gem. You are 10 min from McRae’s and Monkey Island, and just a hop skip jump to Crystal River for manatees. The house is amazing and has everything you need to enjoy downtime when not outdoors. Rent out all the rooms and have a blast with friends/fam. Vanessa is an amazing host. Definitely would go back.
We attended a wedding today. This place is amazing. The main room is beautiful done. There’s a large indoor pool with several waterfalls. The suites are very well appointed and Impeccably clean. The food and service was fantastic. You can tell the owner and staff take pride of where they work. I strongly recommend this unique, inviting venue for any wedding, party, or weekend getaway.
We spent a wonderful week at Heilig Haus and had a amazing time. Two adults, two teenagers, and two dogs . Patrick and Satya were amazing hosts organizing day outs and catered meals. The house was very unique, with a fabulous indoor pool with waterfall , each room was very comfortable (especially the beds) with lots of space. We were lucky enough to see the home decorated for Christmas, which was beautiful. There are sports fields next door which were great to walk our dogs around. The food that was catered for us was the best food in the whole of Crystal River. Our only regret was that we didn’t dine in more!
My husband and I rented the whole place last minute for a quick one night stay. We have three (high school and college age) children that rarely get to all be together. It’s not just a unique place to stay. Patrick is beyond accommodating! He asked me what I needed and offered to grocery shop and cook for us. The fridge was stocked when we arrived. He made us dessert for our late night after dinner time. We woke up to a full hot eggs & bacon breakfast set-up promptly at 7am. Coffee & creamer was awesome. He also shopped and had a cooler packed with lunch, snacks and drinks for (8) people that we just grabbed and took on our fishing charter. He communicated by text and we rarely knew he was even there. It was like a magic wand was waved & everything we needed and wanted to eat & drink just magically appeared.
Beautiful place!!! The indoor pool and outside grounds are amazing! Our room was gorgeous and included a smart TV and Google Assistant. It is extremely intimate with wonderful personal service. We could only stay one night but are planning for a week sometime soon. It is a CAN NOT miss! Elizabeth R, Fort Pierce, FL
Truly enjoyed the gracious hosts, amazing atmosphere, the gorgeous rooms, the full size kitchen, the super cool indoor pool & especially the gourmet dinner prepared for our family (5 year old said, "It tastes like awesome!") Thank you for spoiling my family! We are extremely blessed to have spent time with you all in your beautiful home.
A group of 10 of us stayed at Heilig Haus over Fourth of July weekend and truly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were wonderful, the indoor pool was a crowd pleaser, and they have a kitchen and grill so we were able to cook at the house and avoid the crowds. They also allowed us to bring two dogs (who loved the large yard) and were kind enough to take them out during the day while we were out on the boat. We highly recommend the Heilig Haus for a large group or any other type of gathering. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Grab your binocular and put on a good pair of hikers and enjoy the miles of trails. The main limestone trail leads you in but splits off into several loops. Watch for areas that have been posted.

We parked and rented kayaks from the campground. It was actually the first time I've been kayaking.

Best salmon dip ever! They also serve generous portions of their snow crab and boiled shrimp at a reasonable price. Staff was always friendly but sometimes due to a lot of orders, may take a bit to get your food but itâs well worth the wait. The at
This was about a perfect dining experience for me.
We had been kayaking all afternoon and really built up an appetite so we stopped in for an early dinner.
Food was very good. Service was even better. The view was the best of all. It's really a gr
Like stepping back in time. Old Florida style bar with a rustic, local vibe. The bartender was friendly, the beer was cold and the egg rolls & fries were tasty. Outside seating is a beautiful setting. The natural spring is gorgeous. Dog fri
We actually went to a seafood place, Seagrass Waterfront. The food took a while to arrive, but... after 30 years in NY/NJ, 20 years in Miami/FLL, traveling extensively throughout Europe and Asia, one becomes immune to all the foods. This place was ac
Good craft drinks, hell of a bourbon/whiskey collection, and the upstairs has an even more impressive tequila bar. The pizza is great. Cuban pizza is my personal favorite. Try the shrimp, they are good on a hot day. Bloody Marys are are their own bl
