Spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kathy, the manager and David, maintenance, were so accommodating. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and if there was something we needed they gladly helped us out. Would definitely stay there again. Kathy even gave us a dozen fresh rhubarb muffins she had made!! Thank you guys.

I was in town visiting the ‘Big Sky Speedway’ and the the heights was advertised at the track so I wanted to support those who support racing. The rooms were outstanding! The new owners are super nice and work with any accommodations. I highly recommend the heights inn to anyone traveling through.

Looked around Billings for a decent and relatively inexpensive hotel and found this gem. Wasn’t planning on staying in Billings but my load fell through so I was here for the weekend. Great staff all the way around. Polite, courteous and respectful. Plenty of food options close by and within walking distance. Casinos on every corner too. All in all, I’ll stay here again if I’m a similar situation. Thank you to the staff here. 😁

I stayed at The Heights Motel on 8/26/2019, after a long drive from Williston, ND. It was nearly 11.00 in the evening and the parking lot was full so I wasn't sure if there were any vacancies. The notice on the office door listed an after--hours number so I dialed it. The woman who answered was so kind-she met me in the office within 3 minutes and checked me right in. The price was fantastic! I made my way to the room and was delighted to see how neat and clean it was. Yes, the motel is older-the bathroom was small but spotless. The towels and bedding were fresh and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast included cereal, bagels, juice, waffles and homemade sausage gravy with biscuits. That gravy was the bomb!! Made fresh daily at the VFW, I'm told. So delicious. I am in Billings 3 or 4 times a year-I will be staying at The Heights Motel every time!

I’m a Native American who tried to get a room at this motel. When I arrived the vacancy sign was lit and when I went in they told me that they just rented the last room, there were 5 to six total car in the parking lot. We went to another motel. I just wish people wouldn’t discriminate.

This is the second time I have stopped here with caution, but this time was much better than the last time 4 years ago. The room was much fresher and clean. I would stop here again. The free breakfast was OK.

I stayed there twice once in June and the second time in July. The first time we stayed it was OK and the person in the morning was very nice. But the second time was a complete disaster, the bathroom was so noisy that you could not leave it on. The microwave would not work and only one light on the side of the bed would work once and a while. The lady that check me in did not say much or even smile or thank me me. I should have left but I was so tired I didn't want to look for another place. I would recommend go some where else. This is not how to run a business!!
