Heber Inn - Hotel in Heber City - 425 S Main St, USA

Honest opinion, very old and in need of major renovation. The room was visually clean, but the bedding smelled bad. The towels were old and also smelled. There was little to no hot water. The floors had more creeks n cracks than a haunted house. The location was good as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We just wanted a place to get some sleep after a late night of fishing. We should have just slept in the truck.

Reserved a king, was given a full/queen. Disgusting would be a compliment. Manager didn't care, would not refund. Offered to give us credit toward another stay but who the heck wants to stay here? The Manager said "Well we are not a 5 star hotel" if I could post a 0 or a negative star I would. Room appears to not have been cleaned for months. The sheets had so many "fluids" on them we went out and bought sheets. The Manager would not come to the room at all even to see how gross it was. @Heber City health department....

Great location! Can easily walk to lot of restaurants and explore Main Street. They are currently under remodeling/construction but working activities were ceased in the evening so it was nice and quiet relaxing in bed while watching some TV. Would definitely stay here again in the future. There is also a large grassy area right across the street which made it easy to walk the dogs!

Positive: Location was what we needed, but everything about the room was subpar. We were first assigned a room that hadn?t even been cleaned?the beds were still in disarray. See below for more? Negative: When we objected and were given a different room, at least the beds were made, but there were minimal amenities, peeling paint, bare lightbulbs?a dive! We paid little but got less. Thumbs down!

The building looks nicer than the photo listed, it's repainted. It seems to me they are in the middle of updating the whole building and each room. Which is why I gave 4 stars else I would of gave 5. Parking is kind of tight as well no fridge or microwave in room but they are trying to get things in order. I didnt feel unsafe there or didn't think it was filthy, the beds were brand new and clean. Bathrooms were repainted but in the process of being updated. It was affordable and good choice for a night stay compared to some motels in the area and the staff is friendly. There was also an awesome view from the picture window of our room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY INVADE YOUR PRIVACY! One of the managers or employees planted a spycam in our room prior to our arrival, knowing we had small children in the room. I found the motion or audio activated spycam plugged into the USB PORT and freshly Velcro to the back of the TV. IT had been recording me and my family including 3 young kids for the last two days! The police are in the process of conducting a criminal investigation. After I gave the police the spycam, management told me they don’t do refunds, even though I paid for 10 days and only had been there for 2! They are scammers. Outside of violating your privacy, This place is dirty, management is horrible, the keys don’t work, the internet doesn’t work, no hot water, and shaky people everywhere.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I had to get a room here for work and literally felt nauseous walking in. Cigarette smell on everything, carpet coming off of walls, missing guards, missing lightbulbs, no toilet paper roll holder, and BUGS EVERYWHERE. Alive and dead. I feel dirty and itchy. No way this place charges as much as they do. NASTY.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I was charged $30 for a towel I used to clean up a mess. Now, I did dirty up the towel but $30 is outrageous. Room was filthy, there’s no fridge, the heater didn’t work properly, I had to put the microwave on the floor to use it since there were no outlets on near the table it was set on. I found a bug underneath the microwave, bathroom was filthy, didn’t even check the sheets because I didn’t want to find anything lol. Lights and plugs are all hooked up to one switch so that’s something you have to figure out on your own. This room is what you pay for so don’t let the pictures deceive you. Save your money and sleep in your car. This place should not be in business!!
