Great facility and amazing staff. They obviously take care of their employees and seems like a great place to work. I was there for software training and everyone was amazing. Happy I had the opportunity to visit the facility and learn more about them and their history.

Love the HCSS products. I use Heavy Bid & Heavy Job currently, but I'm always contemplating adding more of the suite of software (Plans, Safety, Equipment). They are well thought out and can be as easy or complex as you want them to be. We are constantly adding layer after layer of more/better information. The support is 24/7 and is unmatched. They won't hang up until it is solved and I have never had a catastrophic failure or anything happen that cannot be explained. Every person who answers the phone knows the ins and outs of the program. If you have a weird question that one employee can't answer, they can shop it around internally while you are on the phone and give you the answer almost immediately. You can call for one-on-one training (its all included) and there is also a massive library of pre-recorded videos on how to use the products.

Was there on a very sad circumstances. Co worker and founder, celebration of life Dr.S.Rydin. Will miss her dearly.

Awesome customer service, great tack support. Had a good time at there facilities. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Great software for our Construction company.

Had a chance to do a small project here. Great local software company with a great culture. Employees are super happy here and have a an awesome startup vibe.
