We arrived at the farm on a perfectly, clear day. Just getting out of the car, in the parking lot, the views are to die for! We did not have to wait for our tour to begin and even if we did have to wait, our tour guide Townsend, would have been well worth the wait. Townsend started our tour with some samples of the coffee that were set out by the pool for everyone to try. As he talked about the farm, we enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and the views. Walking around the farm, Townsend explained the coffee growing process and demonstrated how they dry the coffee. After our tour, we stopped by the gift shop and did a little shopping as well as ordered a coffee, from the coffee shop. We sat by the pool and enjoyed the view for at least an hour after our tour. If you are visiting the Big Island of Hawaii and are on the Kona side, visiting Heavenly Hawaiian is a must see. If you live on the Big Island, as I do, and have not visited the farm, it also is a must see! You will not regret it. Be sure to ask for Townsend to be your guide. He is so knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and funny and makes this a 5-Star tour for sure!! The entire staff was outstanding, as we met a lot of them and everyone was enjoying themselves as they were working about the farm operation. This was a FUN tour! Do it!!

Had a great experience at this picturesque coffee farm over looking Kona pier. The setting is magical, the surroundings are lush and gorgeous, and we had a fantastic tour with Bryce. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and made this a very memorable experience. Very high marks for the team, the coffee, and the chocolate covered macadamia nuts. They’re delicious.

We had a great time!! Our tour guide was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot and had fun. The tour included walking, some parts were steep so be careful. Parking was limited and tight but that’s the way it is in this region. Everyone on staff was super friendly and made our experience unforgettable. We stayed for 2 hours taking it all in. Highly recommend if you are looking for a personable down to earth inexpensive experience and a love of coffee helps. We bought tickets online the day of our visit.

Worth every penny! Incredible view, excellent hospitality, and fantastic coffee! We did the coffee roasting with Bryce, and had a outstanding time! The unique experience of roasting our own coffee was made even better by our excellent host, who made us feel at home. Would definitely reccomend any of the more unique experiences, such as coffee roasting or brewing, along with the tour. Arrive with plenty of time to spare for parking, along with time to enjoy outstanding view and patio. Make sure to meet Charlie the dog, he is an excellent ambassador of the aloha spirit, along with the farm cats! Overall, definitely a step above other tours, and with the extra money!

Rough start. Decent tour. Not a sales gimmick. But not extensive. Compared to some of the pineapple tours I’ve taken this was a mediocre farm tour. But still fun! Did they make up for the opportunities with Free Coffee? ;) Some notes: Doesn’t start on time The tour guide may need a microphone Baristas are very loud / should close door during the opening Meeting / the pool is a bad gathering area The bar Provided milk alternative Interesting facts tho

If you love coffee, and want to learn how it is grown, harvested and roasted, visit Heavenly. We signed up for the coffee production tour. Got there a few minutes early and was offered some sample cups of coffee. There was a welcome station and the coffee employees were very friendly. We really liked out tour guide Rick - who is very passionate about coffee. Nice year to spend a few hours. Get there early - especially in the afternoon as parking is tight and there is a windy road to get up there.

This was an amazing experience for my wife and 2 young boys! This was our first ever coffee tour and thanks to our awesome tour guide Bryce, we left knowing everything we needed to know about coffee! Bryce truly made this experience feel so special, as did all of the employees. 10/10 highly recommend this tour!

Enjoyed our visit to the Heavenly Hawaiian Coffee Farm while we were on the Big Island on vacation. We took a coffee roasting class on a Saturday with Gavin. Gavin was great - he explained the whole coffee roasting process, provided recommendations on what to use for what kind of coffee and also told us some interesting stories about how coffee became a thing on the Big Island. Apart from roasting classes, they also provide tours of the coffee farm, coffee brewing classes, brewed coffee tasting, and have a gift store on the farm that sells coffee and other related specialty products from the Big Island. Definitely recommend visiting this place for a farm tour and brewing/ roasting class if you like coffee and are interested in doing something different on the Big Island.
