Continual cockroach infestation, not being taken care of by exterminator when he comes and sprays weekly … Someone threatened to shoot me in the parking lot … Someone banged on my door last night at 11 PM in an attempt to traffic me … Someone backed their car into me while high … Plenty of noise violations, all night and every night … Unkempt and uncared for children just running the grounds … This place is an absolute nightmare, and you should try to avoid living here at all costs, unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go. The maintenance guys are nice, Other than that utter and complete trash.

As a first time mover and getting my first apartment my leasing consultant nadean was the most helpful and so sweet! She definitely helped me through the entire process. she showed me the upmost hospitality, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.

Honestly this is the worst experience I’ve had with renting an apartment. I have squatters living above us and I can never get any rest from whatever is going on upstairs. Management says they need more evidence which is impossible to get because police show up too late after the situation is over, or the security takes 2 hours if they ever show up at all. Rent including a garage is $2600 which is insane, considering it’s a one bedroom and I can live in a brand new building in nice areas of Brooklyn for the same price.

If the Fair Housing Act never existed this complex would be beyond beautiful. Unfortunately they are stricken by the section 8 virus , hence why there is 24 hour security and constant police presence. Heatherwoods is AWESOME the staff , maintenance crew etc all deserve 10/5 stars their tenants on the other hand is terrible . Don’t believe me just google the crimes

The office staff and maintenance are amazing more than 5 stars . The rent and everything else is beyond terrible and unaffordable to many restrictions for your own property even if you keep it clean like a shelter and there's only a kids pool and gym room nothing else and our rent keeps going up I don't feel it's right keep raising the rent and the water isn't included anymore .what's going on ? The seniors , disabled ,and veterans dont get a discount It's insane

Huge shout out and thank you to Nelson for coming by on such short notice to take off the heat in my apartment. No more cold nights. Also thanks for being sweet to my dog much appreciated.
