Heat Hotel - Hotel in Lake Havasu City - 1420 McCulloch Blvd N, USA

I loved my stay here! The location was perfect. Right in the channel and within walking distance to great food spots. The room and boat dock was super convenient. The rooms were clean and nice. Bed were super comfy and bathroom clean. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!! And will serve staying there again!

We had seen the Heat Hotel while boating a few years ago but assumed that with their prime location just steps from the London Bridge, it would be quite expensive. That wasn't the case! We arrived Thursday afternoon to a warm welcome and a special surprise in our room that made our anniversary celebration even more special! The staff recommended a great restaurant for dinner. We spent a couple days on the Lake, with our boat resting in a slip just outside our room...quite convenient. We will definitely be back again next year.

The location is amazing being right on the water and next to London Bridge. We stayed in the Bridgeview Suite which had a huge deck and a very comfortable bed. The room was huge but the decor is outdated. This actually didnt bother us as it worked with the vibe of the room-- like from the 1990's or early 2000's. What bothered us us the couch had obvious rips in many places and the remote control was Duct taped together. In addition, the curtains had stains all over them. For paying $500 per night for a room in Havasu, these obvious things should be fixed. I really want to love the hotel because of the design and location but the people in charge needs to fix the obvious issues.

I have stayed here several times and some other places in Lake Havasu City- This is by far my most favorite! Joey and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. This time I splurged a little and got a suite. It was fantastic! A jacuzzi tub right in the middle of the room and enjoyed my room right next to the London Bridge! There was colored lights in my room and was just nice to be able to relax! thank you so much Joey and staff for your efforts in providing me a place to do so!

Really enjoyed our stay at The Heat. The view was terrific, perfect view of the London Bridge. Nice angle, too, where you could see the colors of the sunset, but the sun never shown directly onto the balcony, keeping it cool. The bed was very comfortable. The separate sitting room was really convenient so I could watch shows late, and he could go to bed early. The bathroom was really nice with a modern design, and I wanted to steal the shower. I also enjoyed walking along the channel to the park and across the bridge to all the shops and visitors center. My only complaints are that there were no good places to charge your devices (all the plugs were far from the furniture), the hallways were really stark, and could use some artwork, and I never found the safe that was supposedly in the room according to the note on the back of the door. I was also bummed I didn't have time to rent one of the paddleboards they had available. That looked so fun.

Pros-Great view of the London Bridge from my room. Very clean , friendly check in. Excellent location. Con- terrible Internet connection., four pillows that are all exactly the same on the bed, all of them being thin to the point that they are essentially completely flat when you lay on them. Woke with terrible neck ache. I would stay again, but I would have to bring a pillow.

My husband and I scheduled a quick weekend getaway here. While we booked after 9 pm on 8/7, I woke up not feeling well on 8/8 and what I thought were allergies the day before turned out to be more serious. I attempted to call the property 12 hours later to cancel; however, the cancellation cutoff was 11:59 on 8/7. Michael the individual on the phone was extremely rude even before he knew what I was calling for. He did not actively listen when asked my name and had to ask me again when he could not pull me up under another name he thought he heard. He stated that a 72 hour cancellation notice is required. I advised of my situation and he did not show any concern or empathy, instead did not offer to help in anyway not even to reschedule. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused by telling me one was not on site. So the place is running with no management???? He then proceeded to tell me since I booked through a third party I needed to call them. The third party advised I call the hotel directly to see if they would refund me. Since I have not been able to get assistance for a refund so maybe I could reschedule for another weekend I may have to show up sick which will put others and the staff at risk. I work in the service industry and their was absolutely no service recovery or assistance offered. This is outrageous and hirrible business practice.

I really enjoyed my stay for Fourth of July weekend at the Heat hotel because I had an inferno suite and it looks over the lake and the bridge.( one of the best views in havasu) I also was really delighted to be helped by the manager, Joey. Very kind and made this whole trip very accommodating. Will definitely be visiting again.
