I love the Mosaic Point of Sale Program. It has a lot of usful features the other program did not. Technical Support is amostly responsive and helpful. My only issue: I cannot change the reason statement for families denied eligibility because of income. Try to imagine someone who misses out on reduced eligibility by $450/per year getting a letter that proclaims "Excessive Income". I have talked to them and they don't think there is anything "excessive" about their income. I have suggested it be changed to something softer like "Exceeds Income Guidelines" but that fell on deaf ears. I kinda resent my name being on such a harsh statement on these notifications we are required to send .

Interview lied shaking his head to reception before I was gone looking for young people who are willing to work slave hours if you have a family don't apply to them
