Heart River Golf Course - Public golf course in Dickinson - 2510 8th St SW, USA

A lot nicer then i expected. The front and back are different and both are fun. Staff is very friendly and good bar/grill area too. Good driving range and putting green.

Good course, just wish events didn't shut it down for pass holders so often. Wish Dickinson had another couse.

Great little course with friendly staff. The front 9 is younger with smaller trees. Pretty much wide open which is fun and confidence boosting to play. The back 9 is the old 9 and tighter with mature trees and a shot making layout. Fun juxtaposition off the front 9. Well manicured for a small town muni. Actually as nice, or nicer than the much more expensive Bully Pulpit or Hawktree. I’d take the value and friendliness of Heart River over either of those other two any day. Nice surprise on our golf outing. We weren’t expecting it and it over delivered. I’ll be back for sure if I happen to be in the area with a set of clubs.

Very nicely groomed 18 hole course, challenging greens, 4 sets of t-boxes for all skil levels. We will definately play this course again. 19th hole served great food with excellent service as well.

Nice course however make sure you already know how to play the game before coming out. This is NOT a course to come out and just have fun. The staff is friendly but will keep track of your pace and if you're too slow for their standards they will let you know. Thank GOD we don't live in this area because we will NEVER be back even when we come back to visit family.

Great corse,plenty of undulation an holes that play to the left & right %_well manicured greens are bunkers are in good shape & great staff!

The staff were nice and got me out quick without a tee time. There were some fun holes. The greens are a little slow but well maintained.

In Southwest North Dakota despite bully pulpit it is the best golf course in the southwest ND! If Medora didn't have it's panoramic back 9, Heart River would have the crown!
