Management is crooks. I was told I was paying for Friday and Saturday and then I gave them more money to stay for Sunday. I get off work and go to the room I was staying in and my stuff was gone and the door was locked. So I asked them what is going on and he tells me that I paid for Thursday and Friday and Saturday even though I checked in Friday morning. Then I get my items and some stuff was missing. Including snacks that were closed but they kept my other food in the fridge. How crooked can you be. I wouldn't even stay here the rooms are nasty no good water pressure beds are nasty. For $55 a night is not worth it. Then if you pay with a card they suppose to charge you a $3 fee but charges you $3 extra each night. Too crooked for me.
The manger was rude I came there to see a friend I only been there for 2 minutes he came to my car threatening to call people horrible service if that's how he treat his customers he needs to get out of that business and he might be racist idk but I was raised to respect everyone he clearly does have any social skills and proper manners it's really sad👎
I have stayed here and honestly I like the place. They have done a lot of work to the place and it's a very quiet place now. You never see anyone outside unless it's management and maintenance working on something. The room I had was clean, big, and I didn't have any problems with critters. My experience was pleasant. The management done a great job making sure I was good to go while i was there. Very kind and helpful. Mattress was comfortable. I had the best sleep there, woke up one time with my mouth wide open. Haha! I like it and will be coming back soon.
They have roaches and bed bugs and do a piss poor job of cleaning/ maintaining these rooms. Management are crooks who refuse refunds for their dilapidated property. Beware of coming here.
The room was very very clean and the staff was very nice. Bob was very nice and helpful made sure my room was nice and clean. Y’all needa come get y’all a room here. And they also let you check your room to make sure theirs no critters very helpful
Gross roaches in the first 5 minutes and when I asked for raid or some bug spray I was told they didn't have any and have exterminators come. The nice benz the owner drives is where the money is going likely.. Room smells and is in need or repair desperately
Would highly recommend not staying room was disgusting, I mean deplorable blood on the bathroom floor door would not lock properly burn holes in sheets and funiture roo. Was supposed to be clean. They should be shut down i would of been scared to sleep in the bed they would not return my money but i did not care stay away unless you want bed bugs or anything else that could be caught.
Found a bed bug and ran out the door. Notified the attendant and he didn’t even offer a refund. The room hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and smelled of cigarettes. Never go unless you want bed bugs at home. Very disappointed. He also gave out a WiFi password that didn’t work (mango90)
