Heart of the Berkshire's is a great name for this Motel. It has a very warm feel and I love the wood paneling inside that gives you that warm cozy feel. Alex and the staff were very nice and helpful. I found myself in a pinch and needed a place to stay for the night so he did what he had to do to accommodate me. He was very personable and you can tell he cares a lot about his customers and making his motel better by the day. Overall my stay was very quiet, relaxing and perfect. I also had the privilege of meeting the young lady Theresa who was making all the rooms up nice and she too was very helpful and super kind. Everyone there is close like family and have no problem opening their arms to whatever you need to make your stay perfect! This place is what the Berkshire's is all about. I highly recommend "The Heart Of The Berkshire's Motel" 5 stars across the board
The place was perfect for the week I was there. Last minute booking and Alex went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonable price, great rooms, very quiet, and I was able to bring my little dog. I will definitely stay here again.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Pittsfield area, look no more! Great customer service, wonderful staff, huge front & back yard, super pet friendly, with a fire pit & grill out back! 10/10 would stay again.
We have been on a two week vacation with our 90 lbs dog. It is hard to find a good place to stay with him. This hotel had the best bed of any we have encountered in the 9 years of vacations with our dog.
I greatly appreciate the accommodations. I had a hard time finding a place to stay for few days and the Heart of the Berkshires stepped up to the plate. The owner is kind and the rooms are cute inside. Very rustic and the true nature of the Berkshires. I felt safe and would definitely stay again in the near future. Thank you.
The room was a convenient place to stay on our way through. Honestly,, it is not anywhere I would stay for more than one night. A classic roadside motel that hasn't been updated since the heyday of roadside motels.. The rooms were a bit shabby, towels were thin and sparsely appointed. Flannel sheets on the bed were warm in 90 degree heat. Thankfully the AC worked well.
We loved our stay! They were so chill and hospitable here. Such a great location too, only a short drive to downtown and the beach at the lake :)
Great place! Stayed for 3 days Brought our dog, AMAZING Value for the price!!! Room felt cozy, Friendly owner, TV is great. Everything is so nice about this place. Definitely would come again!!
