Very bare basic place for a short stay. Not awful for the 9 hour stay we had. Friendly front desk help. Quiet, nice bed. Everything could use a good cleaning, especially the carpet. Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, and cereal.

We stayed for one night. Both rooms were only supplied with a single towel (which had hair in it). Floor wasn’t the cleanest, coffee pot was dirty. Microwave smelled like burning electrical. We were missing a “do not disturb” sign. If you bring dogs there’s not too much space to walk them. Pricing didn’t match up compared to what we were quoted online. Over all it wasn’t a terrible stay. We were right next to a 24 hour gas station which was convenient, close to the interstate for fast travel, and the firm bed was nice. It was also quiet.

Sid is the owner. He keeps a pretty tight ship. Rooms are clean, beds are clean, and he's very prompt. Stayed there for a few days, I was very satisfied with everything. Prices were very reasonable for being close to town. Definitely will come back when I'm in the area again and make it a normal stop point in my journey and travels. Nice having a gas station right next door. Wish I could give him five stars, but I reserve five stars for five This is a great motel.

The room was decent & big. The bed mattress was firm/hard but cozy. Yet the sink faucet leaked when it was turned on & dripped all night. Toilet leaked every time you flushed it, needs to be snaked. Yes, I did report it to the front desk. Overall decent quality for the price!

Bedding and towels were clean, TV worked, bathroom was clean and provided soap, shampoo and lotion. Our biggest complaint is the carpet was absolutely filthy, grounds were unkept, and the price of the room was too high for the condition it is in. From the looks of muddy shoes outside of rooms that haven’t moved in awhile, this hotel is a long term living situation for some. Lastly the hotel is not in the greatest area of town.Drive a little further and get better for less.

Location great. Attention to detail missing. Room fire detector not working. Wall light on side of bed didn’t work. Room smelled like a kennel and was very stuffy in spite of AC. Fixtures functional but old and worn. Had to set room air conditioner to 60 in order to turn AC on, temp needs calibration. Many, many cigarette butts on walkways and in parking lot curbs. The owner needs to put more attention on overall cleanliness and replace rusted fixtures in bathroom. Maybe a receptacle for people to put cigarette butts, do a cleanup of butts in the parking lot, and get the outside walls and concrete ground pressure washed. Would not be our choice to stay here again. The room was pet friendly.

Would not recomend to Satan himself. I was 30 min early for check in and told room wasn't clean yet - not sure what they cleaned but it wasn't my room. Room was dirty - even light fixtures looked "sticky". Bathroom fan did not work - code violation right off the bat. Someone did leave me half a bag of frozen chicken nuggets in the freezer, so bonus there. Asked for second key (had double occupancy booked) and was quizzed about why and where my other key was now. Asked for more towels on day 2 of Friday thru monday stay and was given 1 small towel and a face cloth that was translucent and told people hoard them and they didn't have any and they were all "upstairs"?! At least I could feel safe there with the police parked in the lot every night all night as they waited for someoone they heard was staying right above me. (lady staying in adjacent room told me) The guy responsible for the towels was staying in the room next to me and told me it was his fault I didn't get any new towels because he "didn't fee right about going in my room" when I wasn't there. If you are looking for an adventure with police, salmonella, grime, and your own bathroom smells that never go away (no fan) and never take showers or have any use for towels this is definately the place for you. Otherwise - don't cheap ot on yourself like I did and go to a real motel like the Bates motel where you only have to worry about peeping toms and shower stabbing.
