An amazing experience from calling to schedule for an appointment to all the way to settling down to a new unit from outside the States. It was a smoothest transition I have ever experienced! Teresa was hands down the kindest and most energetic person we have ever toured with! She made the touring experience enjoyable and was very informative. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact floor plan on the floor level we were looking for in our time frame, and that is the only reason we did not sign a lease then and there. The updated model unit we toured was beautiful and the prices for the quality are unmatched in this area!

I spoke with Theresa today and she was Wonderful!! This is my first time looking for an apartment on my own and she made me feel right at home. She answered all of my questions and just really welcomed me. She was so sweet! I told her I don’t plan on moving for a few months and she still went through all of my options and treated me as if I already lived there.

I cannot say what it is like living at Hawthorne Ridge (YET), however with the service that I received during the initial process, I can definitely say that the team is very helpful, caring, and considerate of their future resident's time. The whole process can be done online, and it is so easy to complete. When I initially showed interest in the property, Stephany was the agent to provide very helpful information and guidance on the process and the complex. I started and finished my application process with Teresa, and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure that I stayed positive through the whole process after I voiced my concern of not getting approved, she was supportive, and genuine which I appreciated so much. I look forward to starting this new journey at Hawthorne Ridge with the help of this amazing staff.

Hawthorne Ridge apartments are by far the best apartments I’ve ever had. Stephanie, Teresa, Jassmine, and Lauren have been so helpful with the time being for me to get the apartment I wanted. They’ve been so patient, flexible, kind, etc. I can’t express how grateful I am for all of them. The apartments themselves are worth the money. They are beautiful, clean, and I was lucky enough to get a remodeled apartment which is a bonus. To add to it the area is great if you don’t like being so close to the highway which you can’t hear. And the people around the area seem nice. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Ridge apartments. They are the best!!

First I’d like to start with how beautiful the decor was first hand when I walked in the leasing office. Then I got greeted by Teresa one of the leasing consultants and when I say she gave excellent customer service she most definitely did! Got all my concerns , questions, and answers all in one. For it to be my first time in her office, I felt like I’ve been there before ! Don’t get me Wong All the workers in the office were very kind as well they won’t let you down ! Staying here will be very pleasant I just know it🤗

My experience at Hawthorne ridge apartments was very nice and lovely. I like how it's very safe very family-oriented, with lots of things to do with family. Teresa was a very good hostess, she answered all the questions that I had, and was very friendly. God bless her. I hope to be able to move into your establishment. I had a great walkthrough.

Came to tour and was greeted so quickly. Stephanie was so helpful and amazing she asked me what my budget was and was able to work with me. She took me on a tour to see different apartments to make sure I would apply for the one I wanted. Application portion was super fast and got approved within a day. I'm so excited to move in.
