I regrettably stayed 4 nights at this location in 3 different rooms. I kept giving them another chance. I don't recommend staying here. Every surface is sticky except the tubs which are very slippery. The rooms smell musty and stale. The AC is set so cold that the rooms were freezing. The controls didn't work so guests could adjust the temperature. My 1st room had a dish size hole in the floor open to the ground and wires. Bugs and mice could crawl in such a large hole. My 2nd room didn't lock (see pics) The maintenance guy tried to fix it but the wood frame was rotten. There was no solid wood to put screws into. When I went to take a shower, the bathtub nozzle came loose from the wall. (See pic) Housekeeping never came to bring me clean towels, empty trash or make my bed. The 3rd room I was in had sticky surfaces, smelled stale, AC control didn't work, it was freezing in the room, TV remote didn't work but the best thing was when you stepped on the kitchen floor, soapy water came up between the seams. If you jumped on it, the water squirted up like a water fountain. (See pics & video) The toiletries in the bathroom were used and had black mold on them. (Gross) The smell coming out of the kitchen sink was horrible. The toilet almost overflowed each time you flushed it. I had a towel ready because it would fill to the top of the bowl. They advertise free breakfast but they run out and don't refill. Most of the staff don't speak English. So if you're trying to report a problem, they don't understand what you're saying. The maintenance guy uses a translator on his phone. The front desk staff should do the same. They never told maintenance about the problems I reported. Three strikes and you're out Wyndham. I don't recommend staying at this location for the reasons above.

Good afternoon to all of you. The purpose of today's email is to inform you of my awful 3 nights and 4 days that l experienced there. When I entered the bedroom suite that I was staying in, the smell of the room was strong mildew, which l had to disinfect around the whole room. Second, when me and my fiance were going to sleep, the pillows smelled like vomit and never cleaned. I went to the front desk person that was working third shift and gave her an update on the first night of the bad experience, I asked her if we could have a new pillow. She went behind desk and came back and informed me (Claritza Mason) that they did not have any extra pillows to give me (Claritza Mason) , which I explained how your company does not have any extra pillow supplies especially when I just paid $700.00 dollars. She responded that I could come back in the morning to get some pillows and the only thing that she could give me was a pillowcase. Next Friday I came downstairs and explained to the front desk (Tommy) regarding pillows and the smell that was disgusting. He stated that housekeeping will bring me a pillow around 10:00 AM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday August 9, 10, 11, 2024, when we were taking our shower the bathtub got clogged. We kept trying to use a landline phone but it was not working at all. Then the power line went off for almost one hour and no one came around to inform us about the situation. When I checked out on Sunday August 11, 2024 and explained everything and showed photos of our bathtub that was clogged , I asked if we could speak with the manager and Tommy stated the manager does not work on the weekends. I asked if I had his phone number and could I cooperate with them too. I called back on Monday August 12, 2024 and spoke to the manager and explained everything and how emotionally and mentally it affected me and I would like to have all my refund back that I paid to stay there where it was a horrible, trifling and nasty place for anyone to stay there. The manager stated that he only can refund for one night to use for your hotel. I declined, Claritza explained that i don't want to stay at any of them since the horrible experience that me and my fiance' stayed at and would like a refund of my money back to me. Manager that he has to speak with his supervisor and will contact me back on Tuesday August 12, 2024 @ 10:00 AM. He never called me back and I have been calling everyday to speak to the manager and all morning and second shift that the manager is not in. Today Wednesday 21, 2024 and spoke to the front desk on the first shift and I asked to speak to the manager again which he transferred to me twice with no response and could leave a message on the voicemail due to being filled. Spoke back to the front desk and explained to him again that there was no response, which, i gave him my full name and phone number. No one called me back. This whole situation affected me more emotionally and mentally that no one out of respect treats customers with value or courtesy. Very industrial area but easy access to community around hotel. Kitchen had no supplies to cook or eat with, the beds were hard pillows were nice, and room was spacious with good temperature control. Did not receive any room service or fresh towels for a 3 day stay. People at desk didn’t speak English very well and check in was awkward. Pool wasn’t available to use and gym was hot and dirty without much equipment. Expected more from a Wyndham hotel group.

As a family of five that experiences frequent travel and hotel locations, I felt compelled to give an honest review of this hotel property. When booking my reservation, I did see some reviews that mentioned seeing bugs in their room. With a limited area to select from due to visiting family and having five people in our reservation, my options were limited for my travel dates. I took a chance at this location and looking back I now, fully regret my decision. In a nutshell, these are the takeaways from our experience: Our first room, though tidy still had it appearance of being outdated and worn out. In the bathroom, there was only one set of towels. There were stains all on the walls and the ceiling. There were multiple holes in the curtains and blackout curtains. In addition, there were holes in the walls. Our TV had some strange lines on it while we watched shows. The coffee maker and microwave were missing in our room. The breakfast that is served is the same every day and there was no coffee creamer with the coffee (for 6 straight days). Our room smelled of musk and cigarettes. After two nights of loud noises from the room above us keeping us up through the night, we requested a room change. That “new” room was only slightly better due to it having a coffee maker and microwave. The sofas in both rooms were dingy/dirty and stained. The night that we switched to our new room, I asked for additional sets of towels, and we were told that there were no towels available that night and reuse our previous towels that we had left in our other room. We noticed trash that was not picked up throughout the hotel campus. While we didn’t have any major problems with the front desk associates, and they were kind to us, the overall experience at this location was awful. I would strongly advise that if you were looking at this location as an option, I would keep looking.

I could not be more disappointed in this hotel. Rooms were in poor repair and clientele were sketchy at best. Pool was closed for repair. I have also been trying to resolve issues with payment with them for 2 weeks. They erroneously charged my card for a prepaid stay, only refunded part of the charge and CHARGED ME AGAIN TODAY. NO MANAGER IS EVER AVAILABLE, Wyndham corporate is zero help. If you want to pay for your stay only once or stay somewhere with decent accommodations or service steer clear!

This place does not deserve even one star. This hotel is generally run down. The kitchen had little to no utensils or cookware and the dishwasher was broken. Furnishings throughout the suite were sticky and in disrepair. Faucets were loose, drains were clogged. I actually left a day early because it was just disgusting. It felt unsafe and appeared to be used for section 8 or immigrant housing…certainly did not feel like someplace you to stay for a relaxing getaway. Also…pool was closed for “renovation” in July although it looked useable. DO NOT WASTE A PENNY ON THIS PLACE!

This hotel is unsafe and dirty. Our room smelled terrible, like old wood and dirt, and smells deep in couches and linens. There were patched holes in the walls and holes in the curtains. Everything was dirty. There were just enough towels and not enough soap and shampoo. There were many people walking around outside, yelling, fighting, and smoking. All rooms smelled like marijuana.

Our first experience here wasn't that good: poor bedding & breakfast. We asked for the best room the second time. We discovered badly warped floors but didn't want to complain. When we removed our shoes to go to bed, we found the vinyl floors to be disgusting with black residue--clearly hadn't been cleaned. If that wasn't bad enough, we woke up to cockroaches walking over our stuff in the sink/vanity!! |The manager who promised to get back to me has been avoiding my calls all week.
