I had a 28 day stay I felt my experience was fantastic. Melissa and her staff have great respect for this hotel. Starting from the breakfast they have different items every morning, they take the time to cook and serve some items which I personally like. Then they also have a wide variety of self serve items. The breakfast is the best of any hotel I have ever been too. The staff does a great job with room service as well. The guest laundry service is great, as well as small fitness center. I did not have one negative complaint about this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel one of the best for sure in the area. Thank you to all the staff for making this a super positive experience

This place is so far from the photos provided. Everything is dirty and grimey. Carpet is disgusting. Walls are dirty. They allow multiple large dogs in the rooms. And they have BUGS!!!! 🪳 🪳 🪳 We drove 9 hours with our two Littles for a total disappointment. Grossest hotel I have EVER stayed at. Once we entered our room we were out of that place within the first 10 mins....and it was 1130 at night. Room 101. It was one of the rooms they had ripped the carpet out of but the furniture was old and broken and dirty. Surfaces seemed crusty and gunky.... i did not feel comfortable letting my 1 year old out of the carseat to walk around. I went to wipe down the counter and looked down and there was a cockroach hanging out. GROSS. we quickly got our stuff and our two kids out of there and back in the car. My husband caught the nasty bug in between two of the plastic cups and I took it to the front desk to let them know we would be leaving. He said he would need to have someone come spray that room again. BUT YOU HAVE TO TREAT THE WHOLE PLACE. if one room had them they all do. 🤮 So so so gross.

Let me start off by saying that the staff were very nice and accommodating. However, the grounds could use some upkeep and the rooms are just okay. The bunk beds are not that great to sleep on. The pool area needs a little TLC. This could be a really nice place with some work.

Overall an ok experience for the cost. There is a reason that it is as cheap as it is. Room was moderately clean, however not totally clean from the prior tenent. Quite a bit of dust and fuzz around the room. There was a broken outlet. The smoke detector was missing with wires hanging from the ceiling. Bedding was clean. They only clean the rooms upon request which is fine. Pool was not terrible but dated.

Positive: The room and beds were clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and there was a kitchenette with a very large fridge. Negative: The room was infested with cockroaches. They were crawling up the walls. I killed 3 and my daughter killed 1 and 2 got away. We were only there for 1 hour before bedtime and in the morning. Likely there would have been more if we were there longer.

Had an excellent experience. Fast and efficient check in, nice clean room. Different breakfast every morning. Loved the coffee. Spacious rooms Lil kitchenette. Love our stay. Oh yea, did I mention the pool. Will stay again when in the area.

Positive: The hotel had great staff. Negative: Everything is brown and grimy from the 90s. The bathroom tub is patched up and. Dirt and random construction bags left for days on the carpet ground in the hallways makes me second guess the cleanliness everywhere.

I regret to say that my recent experience at this establishment was highly unsatisfactory. The presence of cockroaches in the bathroom was particularly alarming and warrants immediate attention. Additionally, the room was permeated by an unpleasant odor, and the furniture, including the couch and bed, was outdated and in poor condition. The floor was also covered in dust. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the room lock, which required repair. Overall, this stay was highly disappointing and did not meet acceptable standards for comfort and cleanliness.
