Terrible place. Our bed had a huge hole in it Broke down furniture,broke down bed, dirty carpet, cable worked half the time. I would never stay here again. Shower curtain had 3 holes where it hooks torn out. We changed room 3 times to find a room we would accept that wasn't broke down as much. People at the front desk are rude and blame the broke down funiture on maintenance but it wasn't the maids problem. The location is the best part of this hotel.They didn't have very many staying there and I know why. The floor outside of the elevator was dirty where things had been spilled on it and was dirty for all 3 days we were there. No one ever mopped it up.

Location is the best I can say about this place. I have stayed at a few Hawthorne hotels before and not one was this bad. 3 room in 24hrs. That's where I stopped trying. Room one the carpet was wet!! 2nd room walk in and found the toilet exploded and some sort of water on the floor. Final room the floor is soaking wet from the a/c leaking. I guess this will never stay at another hotel rebranded in this group of hotels.

Do not stay here!!! I would give zero stars if I could! The room smelled bad and the AC was leaking. The front desk told us we could switch rooms but come to find out it smelled bad because there was a glue mouse trap with a dead mouse. My cat found it and got stuck on it and was running around the room freaking out. We could not stay here. Disgusting! The worst hotel I’ve ever been to.

They allow smoking in the 4th floor rooms. The smoke smell permeates the entire hotel. It smells like an ashtray in every room. Would never stay there. I had a room booked but left immediately after I got into my room and the smell didn’t go away.

Place was definitely no where near $179 a night!! I would felt better at a crack hotel then there. Place was filthy and our room was nasty. We should have walked out when we saw our room but nobody near had vacancy. I know they only had one housekeeper but to still charge that ridiculous price is insane. Will never go back and will never recommend to anyone.

Having car problems is never a fun thing. Finding ourselves in Midwest City and having to spend time in a hotel was not our plan. This hotel is an older hotel, that said, it was fairly clean (carpet was dirty in places) but rooms were clean and bedding very clean. Layout of the rooms was odd but ok. Front desk lady was really nice and breakfast was outstanding!! We’ve been in higher priced hotels that didn’t have as good a breakfast. On par for the price it was a good deal. In fact we had to stay a second night.

Dirtiest ever. 5 rooms in our group. AC's malfunctioning, Found bed bugs and roaches. Everything was filthy, staff seemed okay with it, like the franchise owner isn't willing to fix know problems. ||This facility was somehow recommended by the cancer center! My father in law, was having surgery to remove a newly going brain tumor, so this hotel made an emotional and stressful situation much worse.

Filthiest hotel room and hotel I’ve ever been to. 0/10 do not recommend. Scratch marks in the ceiling. Vents covered in filth, carpet didn’t look clean cigarette burns, stains EVERYWHERE, lamp shade broken…AND STAINED. Hallways were stained and cigarette burns everywhere. Halls smelled of smoke. For what we paid…BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.
