Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Saint Robert - Hotel in St Robert - 239 St Robert Blvd, USA

All employees were very professional and courteous. Good location, right next to historic Route 66 and close to the base. Good places for fast food and a Walmart close by. Clean rooms. The toilet bowl had stains inside. It seemed housekeeping never brushed that bowl for weeks. Partition door between guestroom and bedroom could not be operated easily. Breakfast was luke-warm and very limited options. Fitness room has just two treadmills and nothing else. For the cost of the room, I believe it is not worth the experience of a Wyndham hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Hawthorn. The hotel was beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. Lecia was particularly professional and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb environment and outstanding staff. Five stars!

This hotel gets mixed reviews, but I thought it was great. My room was very clean, quiet and the bed was comfy. Overall, the hotel is well kept and generally clean. The breakfast didnt have the best selection, but they do have the basics. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great close to lots of food and even a dairy queen. front desk service is truly among the best in the industry. Price is great and affordable. Their breakfast options are great and help me start my day right!

Google is weird with the prices. It was just over 100 with tax. The bed was very comfortable sheets were soft. Breakfast did have waffles and sausage gravy with what looked like powdered eggs. Room was clean and spacious with a full size fridge and small stove top.

Where do I start. I checked in, got comfortable and started observing the room. The room had a strong aroma of mildew. The walls had noticeable water stains. We decided to head out for the evening. As we were leaving we noticed our door wouldn't lock. I went to the front desk to notify of the strong mildew aroma. The girl handed me a bottle spray of fabuloso. She told me to spray the room, it should take away the smell. I asked what about my door? She tells me- I just came out of that room. Pull on the door, it should lock. At this point I ask may I please request another room. She tells me they don't have any other rooms available. She is going to call maintenance to come check the door. I said ok. The maintenance guy was very nice and was promptly fixing the problem. Before you know the door was fixed. Later that night I noticed marks on the bathroom door that looked like knife stab marks. At this point I'm feeling uncomfortable. The next morning my husband points out the toilet handle had feces! Who knows how long that's been on the toilet handle but needless to say we were not happy with our stay. I would recommend to pick another location besides here. I hope this review is helpful. Definitely looking run down. Stained carpets, broken ice machines, musty smelling ( like mold). Hotel appears nice from exterior but its definitely not worth the $100/ nite price.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights the service was amazing and specifically the girl named Lecia was a huge help. She went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of at all times. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in town
