Positive: The staff was very attentive and always pleasant. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and great hours as well as an attendant that was very pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff was pleasant and did a great job. Negative: It is off season but it would have been nice to use the hot tub even though it was outside. Not a deal breaker but since it is there and looks so inviting it would have been nice. Negative: ""

Positive: Nice welcoming lobby nd general common area. Loved the living room/separate room for larger feel and 3 adults for sleeping. Negative: Pullout couch uncomfortable. had to ask for bedding for it instead of it being in the room. checkin attendant could have goven us heads up some dont have to circle back We indicated 3 adults. Breakfast was merely adequate preparation. Negative: ""

Positive: The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.Staff members responded quickly to rectify the many issues we had with our rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good selection,the breakfast area was neat and tidy with plenty of seating. Negative: The first room we were in the air did not work, room number two the outer door lock malfunctioned, room 3, broken air conditioner, finally we settled into the fourth room which had a dripping shower head. The pool and spa area was closed. Negative: ""

Positive: Staff was friendly and helpful. Negative: Only real issue was holder for the iron was coming off the wall, hair dryer needed to be replaced. Would be helpful to have larger trash can for kitchen and dish detergent.

Positive: The hotel is long past its time for a refresh- everything that could rust, including the refrigerator and towel bars were heavily rusted, the shower wand holder was completely broken, the shower head was clogged and barely let any water through Negative: Everything was falling apart, the breakfast was minimal and not good, the room was moldy smelling and in very bad shape, towels scratchy, kitchen things unusable, it could have been good but nothing had been kept up at all- felt dirty

Positive: Everything was clean and nice¿my only concern is the pool..I think it had to much chlorine in it. My kids got in the pool and they get in the pool all the time but this time the pool water was burning their eyes after we got out
