Place crawlong with catsGreat value for the price convenient to the Conyers area. Concierge staff in the morning friendly and courteous. Room size is a great.&⁷ spacious could use cookware though .Weekend not so much attentive or pleasant. Vending machines very misleading on actual price. Don't use! No amenities like pool . Whole reason for choosing location .

The horror of this hotel. Roaches crawling on the badly damaged furniture, stained sofa, no coffee pot, no cups, etc. Receptionist stated the hotel was not under construction, however, building materials, storage trailers were present. No power. No generator or emergency lights on stairwells.

Front desk lady was incredibly rude and everything was broken, or disgusting. No AC, pool was green. Maggots in garbage. Looks like an abandoned building on the inside.

Staff was rude told me they couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived then told me check out was at 12 then came and knocked on my door that morning saying it’s at 11 pool had mold all in it just disgusting can’t sleep in people talking loud and slamming the doors no breakfast was served smh highly don’t recommend.

Hotel is showing its age and they are not investing in it. Breakfast offering was coffee, hot water for instant oatmeal, banana, nitrigrain bar, that is it. At $130/nt you can’t even say it’s a value. TV did not have any broadcast channels but I was able to load my Hulu account. In short, avoid unless this is the last option.

We were not supposed to stay at this location but the other location was doing some renovation and they changed us to this location with one day notice and with no compensation. I am disappointed the room seem to be more on the older side, I do not know if it was only on the second floor but there is this lo disgusting smell that does not go away it smelled like food, rotten, weed, sweat, I don’t know if it was the carpet or something else I just don't know honestly it was truly disgusting. I’ve been home for two days now and I just got the chance to unpack and I swear to you the smell it’s still in my clothes we also killed at least three cockroaches in a stay of 3 nights. We didn’t get new towels after almost 24 hours of requesting them. Also, when we first arrived for check in the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful but when we wanted to check out early in the morning we waited at least 20 min at the front desk and literally nobody came out, we needed to leave so we just left the keys of the room in the desk.

For relocation hotel it was not bad. Breakfast was very poor for a grab and go. Nothing available after the second day trying to get towels was like pulling teeth had to keep calling down going down to the desk to get some more we were three adults and one room.

DO NOT STAY HERE...I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I stayed here thinking I was going to get the suite experience and it was horrible. I checked on my room and the lady that checked me in was coming out my room. Walked in and there was a rock in the room and the window was wide open which meant bugs have already come in. The air in the suite wasn't working and the fire detector was hanging off the hook. The fridge was so small I could put it in my car. This definitely wasn't what I was expecting. I went downstairs to see if I could check out which I couldn't without losing all my money. I got another room which was kind of an 1 star improvement. I sprayed the room top to bottom with Lysol. Thought I was going to be able to grill to only find that it wasn't working. The pool looked even worse and the hot tub looked like it had an infection. This is worst experience I have had the cable didn't even work so how could we have the hotel experience. The owner are more concerned about the outside what is munch doing to do to give a pleasant experience they need to focus on the inside.
