Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Ardmore - Hotel in Ardmore - 2602 Rina Park Rd, USA

The staff is always attentive, helpful & friendly. The room (108) on 08/30/24 had an A/C that drowned the TV & made it very hard to sleep. We have been staying at this hotel for 10 or more years for 10-12 nights each year. When it was La Quinta & is now Hawthorne Suites. One low blow from the hotel is the $25 fee to keep our dog in our room. Neither of our little pups have created a problem in our 10 year history. This fee makes staying at your hotel outside of our budget. Doesn't our history mean anything? Customer Loyalty is very important to the success of any business Hopefully you will reconsider this change in policy.

The manager, Dawnia is so friendly kind and helpful as well as Xiomara who works front desk. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always so helpful. They always try to honor request for first floor as we are elderly couple traveling we appreciate so much. Xiomara searched hotel to find cart for us that my husband could use to carry in our clothes. My husband and I are birdwatchers and we have traveled frequently through the years and stayed at many hotels. This is by far the very best hotel experience and cleanest consistently and friendliest hotel we have stayed in. Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Ardmore is most fortunate to have this Staff with excellent skills in every way. Travelers driving along busy I-35 have a great option in selecting this hotel.

Great for pets and the staff is nice. However, there were many stains on the two walls by the bed. We didn't need to uae the dishwasher but noticed it was broken, dirty and wouldn't close. The blinds on the window didn't work (we had to make-shift a covering for the bottom portion of the window).

I travel for business amd stay at this La Quinta often. When I stay, it’s always at least a week. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are always clean having a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. Cooktop stove, and dishwasher is amazing. Free breakfast is always good. The location of this one is perfect for me. cons: The workout room and laundry facilities is in the same space. The heat from the dryers and the washing machine heat up the small room and make it unbearably hot for a person to work out.

Arrived for check-in at 3:45pm. Two ladies were talking down the hall as I waited to get checked in. Finally, I overhear a lady say, "There is someone waiting out front." The hotel guest had been talking to the front desk employee. She seemed upset to have been interrupted. Simply stated," You have a reservation?"; no greeting of any sort. |Stayed on 2nd floor. Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon arriving in the room, we have 3 towels for 4 people checking in and no hand soap. The toilet paper holder went loose once I pulled for paper. No pot or pan in the kitchenette. I had brought one and made it work, but i thought there would be at least one| The beds are not comfortable. The pool needed chemicals, so it was closed. Rervation for 2 nights, so asked when it would be open. Employee wasn't sure when it would be opened. |Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff member was present refilling as needed. I'm not sure why she was putting small refills at a time, but she was on top of it. There were a few people without shoes at the breakfast area. I'm not used to seeing that. |Hallway had big dumpsters full of linens and towels on the first floor in the hall towards the pool exit. I'm not sure if it's common or if it's because the pool is closed; I just didn't find it appealing or professional. Yes, it needs to get done, but don't have them sitting during the day. |Overall, we made it work but wouldn't stay again. |

Great hotel for dog owners and families with dogs. We were taking a road trip and had all 3 of our dogs with us. The hotel was able to accommodate us and are furry family. There were a few families with dogs as well. Even the person at the front desk had a pen in her shirt that said dog person. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Decently priced for what they offered and within walking distance to several restaurants. A room offered a kitchenette full size refrigerator, microwave, along with utensils plates and cups. The bathroom was large clean and had great water pressure. The bedroom more comfortable we did ask for extra pillows but never received them but other than that the stay was nice, quiet and felt safe.

The room was filthy and smelled of cigarettes. The floor was sticky with soda. Everywhere we looked was grimy and covered in dirt. We immediately left.||The front desk folks were nice. But the stayed of the hotel was disgusting. Perhaps the full hotels because of the recent tornadoes have degraded the upkeep

The room was clean and Big. Also, amazing service from the front desk and employees! Everyone was super nice and helpful! Great accommodations, especially if visiting with a pet!
