The owner Wendy Hawkins is a good friend of mine. The people that have wrote bad reviews are people who are lying because they or a friend or family member got evicted. Believe me, it was their own fault. Wendy is actually to nice, giving them chance after chance They don't pay their bills, the go from place to place doing the same thing, drugs, alcohol and compulsive gamblers who trash the rooms and steal everything out of them, costing her a fortune. I could go on and on. Wendy is a soft hearted human being who really struggles with the thought of someone becoming homeless because THEY didn't pay their rent. It's simple, get off the drugs, stop lying about Wendy, grow up and pay your bills. Don't make your problems her problems. She running a business, not a homeless shelter for drug addicts. Love you Wendy, you rock.

Don't listen to the bitter reviews from people who have been evicted. The owner, Wendy, is nice to a fault and gives people more chances than they usually deserve. She goes out of her way to help people and if she does have to finally evict someone she has to take a loss because she follows the law and goes through the courts. Wendy has remodeled the rooms and makes sure that everything is clean and in working order for every tenant.

The new owner Wendy is a very fair and honest person... She has evicted all the drug dealers and is remodeling each apartment one at a time. She doesnt allow tweaker zombies to roam the parking lot at night! This place may look the same on the outside, but good things have been happening on the inside for some time now. Dont judge a book by its cover!🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡🏡

Watch out if u do stay there the owner is an alcoholic and she will raise your rent without notice my dad is sick and she didnt care bout that just raising there rent and she has tweekers and there is always so much noise do not stay there there rooma are bad and my parents place had overflow of water i will get that place shut down wendy hawkins is a joke and living there is different then just staying there for a few days wendy hawkins needs to be pulled over for drinking and driving for drinking rolling rocks all day and then getting behind the wheel so SELFISH OF HER WENDY HAWKINS

Currently under remodel and paint at exterior...Love to see them caring on a limited budget. They take care of their tenants. Good place

New owner, $200 per week they charge $10 extra per week for each kid! Never heard of charging extra for kids! The owner is nice and friendly.

Casual living the new owner and the new manager really go out of their way to make there tenants happy. They should build more of them.

Most of the folks in the motel LIVE there. It is in a reasonable location but is the worst property in the area. Staying there is warranted to wreck your view of Grants Pass, which is a pretty cool place.
