Exquisite Views I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hawks Ridge Duluth, and I must say, it's an absolute gem for nature enthusiasts and bird lovers alike. The experience I had here was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the breathtaking beauty of Hawks Ridge. With its stunning views of Duluth and Lake Superior, it's impossible not to be captivated by the natural splendor of this place. The trails at Hawks Ridge Duluth well-maintained and clearly marked, they offer a variety of options. The trails wind through the forest on the hillside, and lead back to the scenic overlook where you can pause and take in the magnificent views. Now, let's talk about the main attraction at Hawks Ridge: the hawk migration. This place is a haven for birdwatchers, but what surprised me the most was how even non bird watchers can appreciate and enjoy this. The count board of birds is updated throughout the day. Whether you're an avid bird watcher or not, Hawks Ridge Duluth offers an unforgettable adventure. The combination of gorgeous views, great trails, and the incredible autumn hawk migration make it a must-visit destination for nature lovers. I can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely beautiful! We spotted a few different birds. The people there were extremely friendly. It was awesome to see the capture and release of this stunning bird!

Very interesting & informative display boards! We had the site all to ourselves, but I have attended some of the presentations in the past when returning to the area, and loved those. This was sort of "off season" for that. Wonderful view toward the lake. I bet most tourists would never think of finding this spot.

Great area for a 2 - to 12-hour walk about, There are lots of trails with lookouts, and Skyline Road has some of the best views in Duluth .

Beautiful place to sight see and enjoy a great nature walk with flowing Creeks.

If you’re into birdwatching, this is a remarkable place to do it. If you just like being outdoors, walking or hiking or even biking, this is a place you will want to visit. Incredible views of Lake Superior with easy hiking trails around the observation area. It’s a nice drive as well to get there.

Love this place!! I came to see the northern lights here. Didn't see them but I was close! I did however see a bunch of teens/young adults getting drunk up there. They minded they're business and minded mine. Lots of hiking trials and cute little creeks. Would love to take my dogs here!

Didn't go up for the birds, the view of Duluth from up there however is magnificent.
