Hawaiian Royale Motel - Motel in El Paso - 8735 Dyer St, USA

The Hawaiian Royale is a rundown motel most of the rooms have cockroaches and other types of insects as well as nobody wanting to fix anything there. Overall I would not recommend that to anyone.

WATCH OUT FOR THE MANAGER DONNA TRIBBLE, SHE WILL BEFRIEND YOU. DO NOT EVER GIVE GIVE DONNA TRIBBLE OR TRIVIAL THE HOTEL MANAGER YOU DEBT CARD TO BUY YOU THINGS OR LET DONNA RUN YOUR DEBT OR CREDIT CARD TO PAY YOUR REN IN THE FRONT OFFICE.. SHE WILL TAKE DOWN YOUR CARD NUMBER AND BUY THINGS OVER THE PHONE OR ON THE INTERNET.. THAT'D HOW SHE BOUGHT A PRE-OWNED CAR AND FIX UP HER HOUSE . DONNA IS STILL USING A DEBT CARD FROM A TENANT WHO DIED A FEW YEARS AGO. SSA IS STILL SENDING DIRECT DEPOSITS TO THAT CARD

The name is sweet. The place is even sweeter. I'm joking. This isnt the best place in my books

Maybe things have improved since I was last a guest January - August 2009. However off and on visits 2007 and 2008. But Let me elaborate. By bugs I mean cockroaches, not bedbugs. The bedbugs epidemic hadn't made the news prior to 2009. But again it's an older building and bugs roaches which only come out at nite go with the territory. I am a former housekeeper for the Department of Veterans Affairs I know and appreciate good housekeeping. I was impressed with the way Hawii motel head maid Donna goes out of her way to create military style 45 degree angle ""hospital corners" on all the beds.

Donna is very sweet respectful and very professional unlike maintenance man hasnt come to fix anything ended up getting another guy to come fix my room and his wife very disrespectful acts like she owns the apartment complex when only her husband is maintenance and a bad one for that they need to hire another one will be complaining on BBB and health department and posting all over

Was forced to leave because of FALSE allegations of "Loud Noise", made by neighbor. When I was only getting my breakfast that was delivered by Uber eats.
