I have lived at Haverhill for the last two years. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. They feel less like an apartment & more like a townhome with the open floor plan. The neighbors are gems. The property is quiet and safe. Staff are prompt, kind, and quickly responsive when needed. I have enjoyed the exercise room, pool, and the twice weekly trash pickup. I have never had noise problems. No insects, ample parking. You really feel like a community at Haverhill. It will be missed, as I relocate!

THE best place to live if you’re searching for housing in Tyler, Texas. It’s a quiet community full of the kindest neighbors you could ask for. It’s dog friendly with a large dog park. I lived here 2 and a half years and would have stayed even longer if my job hadn’t taken me elsewhere. There are some wonderful amenities to enjoy too, like the resort-style pool, club house and gym. It truly felt like home! Apartments are very spacious with an open concept design and lots of storage.

Haverhill place is an amazing place to live. On-site, expert maintenance and management, wonderful amenities, and a real sense of community with the residents.

Due to my job, I have moved into several apartment complexes, including luxury apartment complexes over the years. I can safely say without hyperbole that this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. This is not a corporately owned complex. It was built, and is maintained by a private owner. The care put into this place cannot be stated enough. It was built from the ground up to be comfortably luxurious. There are no roaches. Tenants are quiet. I lived upstairs, and rarely heard anyone down stairs. There are no connected walls to other tenants on your sides. The grounds are upkept beautifully, and you meet nice and friendly people. Parking is never a problem. If you're looking in this area, do yourself a favor and move here!

We loved living at Haverhill place for the past three years. As far as apartment complexes go, Haverhill place is superior. They were always super responsive to any issues and resolved them quickly. We never had to wait for repairs and the grounds are very well kept. Noise isn't too much of an issue but they always resolved noise complaints quickly.

Haverhill Place is one of the nicest complexes. Haverhill has a genuine community feel. The neighbors and office staff are friendly and helpful. I am confortable taking early morning and evening walks with my pup. They have great holiday spirit, the pool, grounds and apartments are meticulously cared for. Maintenance is helpful and trash is always removed as scheduled. Notifications of changes to schedule are in writing and left on the door. Haverhill was the best decision I have made!
