HAVEN INN & SUITES - Hotel in Hazelwood - 7350 N Hanley Rd, USA

The room has some weird red substance in it. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms like stated on the website. I've have tried ro cancel my reservation but they won't do it because they "can't". It's a completely terrible place. All I wanted was a partial refund and they refused.

First off I stayed 2 nights with my family it was easy and fast to get into. The room was horrible sheets where discussing but didn't complain... Then I booked one of there extended stay rooms again filthy like it's never been cleaned ... I didn't notice until the 3rd NIGHT MY FRONT DOOR DIDNT LOCK... Mind you I have 2 kids with me. Still didn't complain. The woman owner didn't want to help us out at all with the security issue and concern. Her goal was to just kick us out. She was rude and didn't not represent the company as her employees clearly do. .... DONT STAY HERE ! unless you just use to filthy 🤦🏽‍♀️and rude behavior. On top of that no refund nor compromised this place should be shut 👇🏽

The service is a 1/5 because I heard them talking bout me at the front desk and making funny of my newborn child. they give me a horrible room it had bedbugs all over the bed , poop on the toilet, and my mother in-law had got food poisoning after eating their breakfast 🤢

The room was dark and dirty from the beginning, The sink didn't drain in the kitchen area, (even after we mentioned it, nothing was done about it) THERE were no lightbulbs in the lamps when we went in..., (we had to complain about it, but we did get them to remedy that fairly quickly,) The room they showed us was NOT the room they put us in. (We asked to see a room BEFORE we paid) The room they showed us was fairly clean, and bright... But they changed up the room number when I went to pay, We paid, they assured me the room we were getting was the same, but with 2 beds... and then instead gave us a really dirty, broken, unfinished room NEXT to that one , and THEN refused to switch us to a room like the one they showed us (even after we insisted) they refused. There was dirt and leaves collected in the entry area of the room- I didn't even want to wear my house slippers around the room because the floor was THAT DIRTY. DISAPPOINTING AND A TOTAL SCAM OF A DEAL.

Do not waste your money ! One night stay! April 10 2024. First checked into a dirty room. Then woke up to bed bug bites and my daughter’s face swollen from staph infection from their bedding in room 202!!! Refused to give me my money back! Did nothing to resolve this issue! Horrible customer service !

The Staffing at Haven Inn & Suites is simply Amazing. They are very kind, accommodating, and Friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Disgusting. Broken toilet. The pillows aren’t even rectangle because they are so worn. Not worth the money. The front desk person quoted one price when I called but then told me a higher price verbally when I was there but then ended up charging me a different price on the receipt. You can literally just save yourself the money and stay somewhere better for the same price. The furniture was broken in my room. This place isn’t taken care of at all.

This Hotel Has good Customer Service . and I stayed in the Extended stay side and there rooms were very comfortable and cozy . everything was clean and towels . No problems at all and they keep fresh coffee in the Am ☺️ Keep up the Good work Haven Inn.
