The fairways and greens are in great shape. The ground off the fairways is hard and compact in which the ball will bounce high and roll a long ways. Enjoyed the round.

I like this golf course BUT it's hard. I mean the ground is hard. They don't water much, except possibly on the greens and maybe the center of the fairway. Everything else is dead, especially the tee boxes so when you hit your ball it RUNS! A 275 yard drive becomes 300. Good and bad right. I'll possibly play again but would like the course to soften up a bit. It's good though right, love to play regardless. I do love the framed sign over the urinal though.

Played a round on the Par 3 Tortuga course and had a good time. The greens were smaller than usual but really well kept. For $20 I highly recommend practicing your short game here or taking the kids out and adjusting the Par to 4 or 5.

Great place for 9 or 18 holes, course is challenging enough but fair. Clubhouse has a good bar, comfortable with a good selection of beer and snacks. Green fees are about a dollar a hole including a cart.I

Edit 10/2023: the rental clubs cost $30 and are a completely geriatric, ragtag bunch of titleists, mostly senior flex. The grips are ancient; flaking off and heavily oxidized. They also were given to me completely filthy with no towel. The round with a cart was like $25. Make it make sense. This is the one. Ive played all the public ones out here visiting my granddads ranch and this is the best balance of quality and value. Love it.

I like the golf course, its flat, some good greens and not alot of trouble but this month the mosquitos are heavy. We had to stop play due to heavy swarms!! Not much fun so I’ll have to review it again

Played yesterday. Course still wet from recent storms, greens slow but smooth. Brats good

I golfed with a group from Tucson that plays here a fair bit. The course is beautiful with wide fairways that are immaculately maintained. Trees and shrubs delineate each hole but make it easy to track down errant shots. I believe we paid USD 50 for 18 holes with a cart during peak 'snowbird' season. If the post-game restaurant menu was stronger they would easily earn my 5th star; the beer is cold though..!
