I started with Shane 4 months ago and I'm so happy with the results in such a short period of time. I've never worked with a personal trainer before (I'm in my 60s) and I was a bit apprehensive at first, but Shane quickly put me at ease. He assessed my needs, talked to me about my fitness goals, and developed a plan to get me there. He pushes me when necessary and understands my concerns when I'm feeling like I'm not quite there yet. He is a great motivator and always adds a personal touch with a follow-up text or note of encouragement. Shane and the other trainers at Haus of Stiel are professional and make working out fun.
