Soooo good. Best hot chicken of our trip! Watch out, the hot chicken really does have a kick. Don't plan on tasting anything for a few days if you try the "shut the cluck up" level. But even if you get mild, the chicken is so juicy and flavorful. 100% recommend!

The food here truly lived up to the hype! The service was also excellent. If you are coming for lunch, i recommend coming early. We got there a little before noon i believe and only had to wait like 10 mins to order but the line steadily grew behind us and it was winding around the block! We got tenders - medium heat and they were amazing. The potato salad, Mac n cheese and fries were also amazing. We split a meal and the girl taking our order seemed shocked but honestly it was a ton of food and we left with full bellies. I don’t know how we possibly could have each eaten our own meal.

Canadian here, was looking for a hot chicken joint to crown jewel my Nashville new years visit and was NOT disappointed. Although waited in line for 15min on New Year’s Eve, order taking service was prompt and exceptionally personable, cool merch beside the line, dining area was clean and friendly crew members greeting following up with patrons to see if everything was going well and cleaning as they go. Managers even flowing out of the kitchen area to check to top up the sweet tea and wipe down the mess at fountain drink area. I have never reviewed a fast food place highly until now, this Hattie location is miles ahead in the category for excellence and I’m sure they know that, gleams through every facet of my experience there.

This was on the list of must-visit places when in Nashville so during our Labor Day weekend, we opted to visit this location downtown visiting touristy places in Nashville. We did not anticipate a huge crowd at lunch since it was a scorching work day, but boy, oh boy, there were about 40 people in a line in the heat waiting to visit this place. Here is the summary of my experience at this must-visit location for lovers of chicken Ambiance: 5/5: A great casual place at a great location and has both inside and outside seating. I really liked their trendy decor. Service 5/5: Although there were over 40 people in line and the entire restaurant was full, I must say they were pretty fast since we were inside the restaurant in 20-25 min. Also once ordered, they brought the food pretty fast. Although, finding a seat can be a daunting task here. Food: 5/5: We ordered the following: 1. Fried chicken sandwich with mac and cheese: It was really tender and juicy and the mac and cheese was pretty great. We did not like the coleslaw so much. 2. Chicken Tenders (mild) with fries: The chicken was one of the most tender I have ever had and the fries were good but not the best. Also, although I am an Indian, I ordered medium coz I did not want to risk it. I felt it was not very spicy. Value for Money: 4.5/5: It is not one of the cheapest restaurants but for the taste and service I would say it is worth it. Overall a definite must-visit. I will definitely try the Nashville hot the next time I am here. I am already excited to try these in Atlanta where they have 2 new branches open

Hattie B’s has the BEST chicken! The chicken sandwich I had was better than any chicken sandwich I’ve had in a loooong time. The thickness of the meat, the flavor of the Nashville Hot sauce, the slaw, pickles, and other sauce made this sandwich magic between two golden soft buns. All you need is this chicken/chicken sandwich, but I will tell you about other foods I tried. The Pimento Mac and Cheese was a 4/5 for me and was a good side with the hot chicken. The banana pudding had a little interesting of a texture but they use real bananas and the nilla wafers of course go well on top. The service was relatively quick to keep up with the massive surge of people inside and also in line. The atmosphere was great, with red lights, TVs, and people who are enjoying their chicken! 5 Stars, 5 Stars, 5 Stars!

There's a long line to get inside. I was challenged the eat 'what the cluck' spicy level. I regret it. It was extremely spicy. When I had moderate spice level the next day, I enjoyed the chicken better. Service is pretty slow, I guess that's because it's super crowded. We had to clean our own table as nobody helped us.

Just trying this. So we stopped in for a snack. Best chicken ever. Medium was too hot for my sister. The mild was flavorful and moist. The greens were tender and well seasoned. And the fried pickles were great too

The best Nashville hot chicken sandwich! Medium is still pretty spicy. Fries are a must. Fried pickles are great. Mac and cheese was ok - bit too creamy. But super friendly staff and a great feel for Nashville
