Love! We got a flight of pancakes (blueberry danish, orange mimosa and cinnamon roll), Charleston Benedict, breakfast tacos, and hashtag tots. We had nothing to complain about and absolutely loved everything! 10 outta 10! EDIT We came back today and regret nothing😂 today we had the holy moly French toast, another pancake flight, breakfast burrito, and corned beef hash. Freaking amazing. This was the best French toast I have had in MY LIFE. The atmosphere is great. We couldn’t find anything to fault on them. Our server Joseph was awesome.

I have been trying to get here over a month now and I finally made it. We were immediately greeted when we entered Hatch by the hostess. The bright orange and yellow decor makes this establishment so inviting along with the classic jams playing in the background made this the ultimate brunch spot. The ambience was breathtaking. We sung the entire time, well at least until our food arrived. We ordered the banana foster french toast with rum sauce, turkey bacon, eggs, cinnamon pancakes and sausages, plus a mimosa for me. The food was delicious, the absolute BEST!! Just an amazing experience all around. We enjoyed ourselves and we're looking forward to going back real soon! It's definitely "MY HAPPY PLACE"

Great spot for brunch. Nice vibe and great service. We had Charles and Deborah as our servers on each of our visits. They were very friendly and took really good care of us. The food is excellent! Will definitely come back.

The whole experience here was fantastic. There was a wait for seats so we opted to sit at the bar and so happy we did. Jessica brings espressos out to people while they are waiting for seats and is just a lovely human being. The food, decor and even energy of Jonathan and the rest of the staff were all fantastic!

We went there on a Friday at lunch time, the restaurant was not busy. We entered the place and the host seemed busy with some business so we waited our turn as she passed in front of us to go someplace. After going several feet away, she turned back and turned out that we were supposed to follow her. Neither did she greet us, neither she asked if we wanted to be seated outside. Weird start of the experience. Anyway we said we actually wanted to be seated outside because the inside was too noisy for us. We were promptly welcomed by the waitress who was nice. I took the Monterey Benedict, it was a small portion but I was happy with the flavors. My partner took the Hatch Power Ball; it was bad. Pieces of eggshell in the plate, overcooked poached egg, salad that was seemed not too fresh, not dressing on the salad, and the dish was mostly quinoa. She was very disappointed in the food. Prices are reasonable and service was fast.

Great service. I had an issue with my order but my waiter and the manager took care of it for me immediately. I love this place the food is a 10/10 especially the loaded tots omg they are amazing

Love the food , service and overall vibes. Super cute Sunday brunch with bright and happy servers. I came in Sunday for breakfast around 10 and it was busy but a few tables were still available so we didn't have to wait. Once we left it was COMPLETELY packed and a bunch of people waiting outside. This is not a loud party brunch and more of a quiet family friendly brunch restaurant. Our server was fantastic the entire time and provided a few recommendations. To drink I decided to have a Sunshine which was more like a margarita and it was pretty good but a bit strong to have in the morning. My mom had a Latte with oat milk which she said it tasted fine. To eat I had the Huevos Rancheros which I liked very much. Eggs were made as requested and very flavorful. We also shared the flight of pancakes with the blueberry, original and the cinnamon roll pancake. They were ABSOLUTELY delicious! My mom had the country breakfast skillet which looked so cheesy and she also enjoyed. I would definitely recommend.

Nice place! Super friendly staff, beautiful atmosphere with a lot of space for your family. The food was good and the portions were perfect. The pancakes were absolutely delicious and the breakfast was okay, not bad but nothing to write home about. Will be back!
