Love it so much my hubby n i live here full time moved in Feb 2017. I live here still. I love the deer that frequent the camp. The neighbors watch out for each other. We have a pool opened from May thru Sept. Plenty of trails for walking, hiking or riding horses &/o bikes. Breath taking views. Even have a mama & papa eagle that return every year to have their babies. The best landlords EVER. Breathtaking sunsets

Wonderful RV Park/Campground, for both weekend campers looking for a nice getaway and the full time RVers as well! Very reasonable prices, clean, quiet (mostly) and friendly people. Only one downside, the bathroom/showers and laundry room are not wheelchair accessible, AT ALL. Being in a wheelchair myself, I can say that you should be prepared for this if you are in a wheelchair. I feel it's worth the extra effort on my end to work around this and reside here fulltime. I recommend bringing a shower chair if you plan to use the showers, and an extra helping of patience for when you have to maneuver tight corners in a wheelchair.

We reserved a site many months in advance of our July 2023 vacation stay at HRC. We were quoted $35/might with a warning that we might be facing a change by the time we arrive of UP-TO $40/ per night X 3 nights. We were also told they accepted Good Sam OR military veteran for a discount. When we called the morning of our begin stay, They didn't have our exact reservation but were able to accompany us with site directly next to the one we booked. When we arrived though. We were slammed with$55/per night and the lady told us because we have KIDS. AND they dont accept for a "Military discount". ONLY Good Sam which we have but didnt have our cards available at that moment but she still gave us a 10% discount for that. When I asked how much they charged for our kids she wouldn't tell us. We have 4 kids. All of about 9-11 years of age. By what she said, I'm guessing they DONT charge for kids IF they are under the age of "2". The pool is nice. Allot of the grass is green but lots of the camping spots are on GRASS. Electric and Water is the services.. the bathrooms are putrid with HUMIDITY and HEAT.

Given the circumstances of the current situation with COVID-19, I am unable to evaluate the entirety of the park since they are unable to open their pool. However, putting signs up on a bathroom asking people to wear masks and limiting showers and toilets for social distancing is a bit odd when you wash your hands in the sink next to each other. While I was there the bathrooms were cleaned one time, they ran out of soap and toilet paper, and got so gross I didn't want to touch anything. One night I went to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and a man and woman drove up to the door, parked, and came into the bathroom to use the showers. There needs to be a staff member out conducting security or there needs to be a code to the bathroom. Besides myself who had an EXTREMELY difficult time showering due to the lack of an ADA or even larger shower area for that matter, I saw two other individuals who were worse off than me in wheelchairs. One woman had to get out of her wheelchair to shower. The flies were atrocious and likely came from a local ranch nearby. It made it very difficult to cook or eat anything. On a positive note, they take very good care of the spaces, they are cleaned, and there is a large grassy area that you can use to play outdoor games. The staff is nice and the people that live in the surrounding area are very kind as well.

Great place and friendly staff. Easy access to everything you need to enjoy your camping trip. Boating, fishing, and supplies are all right here.

Stayed one night. Despite our site being lovely and shaded, the feel of the place is mostly trailer park. Definitely some long termers and there was a literal school bus that dropped kids off on the Friday we stayed. The bathrooms were stocked with TP, paper towels, and soap. Great water pressure. Even hot if you want it. As for showers, I suggest either skipping one altogether or wearing water shoes if a shower is necessary. The stalls are fairly small so if you're a large person or need ADA accommodations, it will be a bit awkward. The stall I used either had someone dyeing their hair pink or it was pink mold stuff. The grout is pretty dark in places. Before dusk, there were a lot of annoying little flies but after the sun went down they left with the sunlight. I know the flies can't be helped but worth mentioning if that's something that you just can't stand.

This was a perfect for us! Clean, beautiful pool and bathrooms were well maintained. Can't wait for the next time we can carve out some time to be here. Thank you!

Great tent camping and super clean showers. The wifi is a touch weak but you sre camping so that shouldnt be a drawback. The grass was so lush and green and they are just up from the boat launch and a short walk from hat rock.
