Hasbrouck House - Hotel in Stone Ridge - 3805 Main St, USA

10/10 on the entire experience. Location is just far enough from that city to be a nice getaway. The staff aims to please and is incredibly responsive in person and over email. The rooms are beautiful and cozy with a mini living room - the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend the massages (Winter and Veronica) + ice bath and sauna. Butterfield restaurant was excellent. We will be back!

I arrived on a December evening and it was very difficult to figure out where to check in. It was very dark and not well marked. Once I was able to park and follow the path to reception the check in girl was very kind. The main house is gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. Upon check i was told I was in room 10 which was on the top floor. No one helped me bring my bag up but once in the room it was charming. Clean and nice big bed, great shower and a little sitting area. The room was very warm. The windows did not have any screens that I could open. There was a window AC unit and I turned it on but it was not working. I slept horribly that first night. When I asked the front desk in the AM how to turn down the heat, I was told that the house is on a radiator system and can not be adjusted individually. She said she would turn the heat down in the house and send up fans and get someone to check the AC unit. I was there for 3 more night and asked to change rooms because I would not sleep again. They were very accommodating and moved me to the carriage house. It was a much nicer/bigger room with a sink and refrigerator. The room was much cooler and I slept amazing. The carriage house didn't have the same feel as the house but that was OK, I would rather sleep. There were several spiders and bugs in the room both dead and alive. When I went by the front desk the next am, I explained that and asked for housekeeping to do a deep vacuum which they did. ||The restaurant for dinner was delicious and a great atmosphere. The breakfast however was very light and late. Didn't even get started until 8:30am. ||The location was perfect, could walk to everything in town. Everyone that worked her was delightful and friendly. I would stay here again.

My husband I stayed at Hasbrouck House recently to celebrate my birthday.After a very negative and caustic phone conversation “pre-stay” with my husband, I must say that we were not looking forward to our stay. What a wonderful surprise and thrill to find the opposite. We received such special treatment and kindness from the get-go at Hasbrouck House.From the start when we entered the premises, not only did we receive a bottle of wine, but we were offered an upgrade in the Carriage House. Unfortunately our neighbors were blasting hip hop music until 1:00am so the next day we had to transfer to another room in the main building. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and the porch area was just what we needed. The property itself, including guest rooms, common spaces and gardens, were meticulously curated to transport you to another era.Small bites and cocktails at the bar the first night were perfect, as well as the bartender/server. We cannot express enough gratitude to the staff and owners of Hasbrouck House, especially Samantha.. We were so impressed with the attention to detail. They made us feel welcome and at home. This was the perfect location to celebrate my birthday. My husband and I will be returning as soon as we can.

We photographed Alison and Alexanders’s wonderful wedding day last September at Hasbrouck House! We loved every nook and cranny of this venue, from the beautifully cared-for gardens to the 18th-century historic details. Everywhere we turned, there seemed to be another perfect photo location and the best lighting possible. Be sure to check out the ivy-covered building as the sun starts to set, creating the perfect golden hour photo opportunity!

Kayleigh, Kelsey, Eddie, and the entire Hasbrouck House team were an absolute joy to work with for our wedding weekend in August 2022! During our phone calls and initial meetings in preparation for our big day, they were organized, responsive, and perceptive of our desired style and vibe. They made sure that the grounds and property looked beautiful and ensured that everything was in place before our guests arrived on site the day before the wedding; as a result, we were able to enjoy our welcome party under the tent knowing that we were in good hands. They went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable night, and the food was delicious! On the day of the wedding, they catered to every one of our wants and needs. Kayleigh and her team did a wonderful job of managing the space, while allowing us to prepare for our big moment with as little stress as possible. Even when it decided to pour right when our ceremony was set to begin, the Hasbrouck House team couldn't have been quicker and more flexible in accommodating our guests to make them as comfortable as possible. Our guests RAVED about the incredible service that they received and the care that they were shown by all of the staff at Hasbrouck House. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were absolutely amazing, and the staff was so professional and proactive in ensuring that the night was perfect. We reminisce about this day regularly, and still think it was the best day of our lives. We would not have these amazing memories without the work of Kayleigh, Kelsey, Eddie, and the Hasbrouck House team. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!

We love it at Hasbrouck House. My husband and I have stayed there a few times for a mini staycation and we're always so impressed with the service, the beautifully designed rooms and property. We're looking forward to returning soon!

We are so happy with our decision to use Hasbrouck House as our wedding venue! We planned a full weekend wedding - hosting the welcome dinner, ceremony and reception, and farewell brunch all at Hasbrouck. We took over all of the hotel rooms and so were able to have our closest family and friends stay with us on the property. Getting to spend an entire weekend with our favorite people in one place became our favorite part of the whole wedding experience. The staff at Hasbrouck are incredible. Kayleigh, the general manager, is a lovely human and made the wedding planning process actually enjoyable. She effortlessly navigated our family dynamics and coordinated with our planners. All of the other staff at Hasbrouck are equally wonderful - helpful, fun to interact with, and they took care of us and our guests all weekend. The food and bar are the best. We heard from friends all weekend how impressed they were by the food and how the bar was actually the best wedding bar they ever had (they’ll make any cocktail, had so many delicious and local wines and beers available). Eddie, their director of food and beverage, was so helpful and flexible when we chose our food and bar menus. The venue itself is the perfect mix of relaxed, cool, vintage, chic. The grounds are beautiful, the indoor/outdoor space for cocktail hour is lovely and weather flexible, and the reception tent on the blue stone patio is elegant and chill all at the same time. If you are looking for memorably good food and drinks, wonderful staff, a lovely intimate setting to spend extra time with loved ones, and a full weekend event vibe, book, you won’t regret it.
