Harvest Bark Park - Dog park in Byron - 3322 US-41, USA

This was the first park that popped up for me when I was looking for one to take my pups to today. I enjoyed the fact that it was very shaded and that it seemed to be more private and less busy than a couple others I’ve been to. They have plenty of seating for pet parents and just enough space for your dogs to run off all that insane energy while still being able to see them so you’re not panicking as to where they went. The fences are a good height (seemed to be around 4 feet) and enough to deter most of the more adventurous/escape artist pups, which is something I was concerned about because my big dog should be an Olympic high jump medalist. There’s a spot to put your leashes and an obviously and conveniently placed water spot. Only “complaint” is it closes at 5 but that’s not really an issue. All in all, it’s a good solid spot to take your dogs to while relaxing in some shade.

beautiful dog park!! this is the best dog park i have ever seen. it has two areas, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. each side has toys and ramps they can play with and they also have doggy bags so you can pick up after them. it is also very clean and everyone seems to do a good job at picking up after their dogs. it also seems like a very popular area a lot of people go to. everyone was really friendly and it is a beautiful area. 11/10 recommend.

My dog child and I really enjoy the friendliness of the other patrons. 1 small negative experience on the last visit but the good definitely outweigh that. Jude absolutely loves it there 🐾🐾

Pretty nice dog park, but GoogleMaps had it nearly right on the directions. The app takes you to the playground. Keep driving to the back of the parking lot and you’ll see Bark Park. I didn’t realize there are also trails at this place. Very nice, good and shaded for a hot day! I will be returning:)

Took the pups to the dog park here, it's a very nice private dog park on church property. Lots of parking, running water, and a small section for small dogs or timeout for larger dogs.

As a traveler spending just a few days in the area, I was blown away by the beautiful playground for kids & the wonderful, shady dog park that are part of the Harvest Church campus. I’ve never come across such brilliant outreach & fellowship investments by any church, anywhere. If I were in town longer, I would definitely attend worship with this unique congregation, if only to thank them personally for providing these great ‘playgrounds’ for dogs & kids. I also commend them for welcoming the public to enjoy them. They Represent awesome invitations to the church community, for sure!

It’s really nice. Plenty of running room for the dogs. The fencing is in good shape. Lots of trees for shade but at the same time, you can always have a visual on your dog. Plenty of benches for seating. They have a big dog and small dog area. Though the small dog park is pretty small. The people are friendly and the dogs seem well-behaved. It also feels like a safe area. Parking was convenient and easy and quite abundant. My main gripe is the pathway between the parking lot and the big dog park area is rocky and not easy for certain shoes. The same goes for the park itself, it’s all sand on the floor so forget flip flops unless you’re prepared to get sand in between your toes. Also, it’s not generally busy throughout the day except for like 2-3 hours which I guess can be bad or good. Also, there is no lighting for when it’s dark but it’s probably recommended to not visit at night anyway. Overall, I do enjoy my visits with my dog.

The dog park was really big with plenty of shade and seating! There is a nice spigot and bowl for water too as well as poop bag stations. Only downside is not a lot of grass and the ground is sandy so kind of messy! But still, overall had a great time with my pups! Also, aside note - there's not really a separate small dog park section.
