There are some soccer coaches here doing an amazing job at training kids. The atmosphere is one of respect and discipline. This place is perfect for practicing and learning. Easy to park, pets friendly, safe, nice playground, public bathrooms, and everything well taken care of.
Beautiful small park with some trails. Not a lot of people around so if you like a place like that to take a walk with your dog, this is it.
This is a good starting point for a bike ride. Takes you all the way down to White Rock lake. About 16.5 miles. Or you can go all the way down to Deep Ellum which rounds out to about 26 miles.
Best dog park in the whole city White Rock Lake Dog Park close on Monday but man that place has got every make and model in there and lots of nice people all dog lovers allowed
Fun park, with bike paths and natural hiking trails. Big open spaces for frisbee, soccer, or just running. Great biking and walking trails, and pretty well maintained. Can't wait to explore some more when the weather gets better. Interesting Creek to walk beside, and the kids had fun on the playground. Little Oasis in the city!!!
A beautiful, huge park with a number of trails, and areas to explore, just north of the city. Not to mention that white rock trail runs straight through Moss park, making it a great starting point for a walk, run, or ride. There is also 2 small playgrounds sitting next to eachother, as well as a number of grill pits, and parking that is adequate most days (not including weekends in the afternoon). I've come to this park all my life, and I can still find new places, trails, and corners to explore. The only downsides are the trash which can get crazy next to the creek, especially after it rains, but the playground and grilling area are as clean as any other park,so that's good. There can also be a ton of mosquitos every once in a while. Despite those 2 issues, and maybe a few I can't recall at the moment, this park is a classic park that has been around forever. Great place for a family day trip.
This park is truly a hidden gem. It has a small playground, parking lot, open forest, grassland and more dense forest with trails all throughout. Some folks are a little weary of the more dense forest trails as they can be confusing and isolating but I think that is the allure of this place. Props to the community members that volunteer for a large part of its upkeep.
What a great place to get away from the city. Watch for snakes! I almost stepped on one. Like....my heel was already down and my foot was over his body! ...but my reflexes didnt allow me to press the rest of my foot down (onto his back).
Be connected with nature but vigilant!

Head a great time and even saw Park Ave rec changing dog bags and maintaining the park. Let's ensure that energy is consistent across the city! The squirrels were even friendly lol
Like everything else in Texas, this place is huge. All the bulls are so cool to see and it is just an iconic spot in Dallas. The river wasnât running when I visited in the winter, but I can only imagine that would make the setup even cooler.
Nicole holds space for you in the most beautiful, encouraging way - guiding you clearly and effectively through various asanas and adjusting where needed. Having not been the biggest fan of online yoga classes, I have to say, Nicole has changed that

I am so SO glad Jazzercise classes were on my Christmas list (and that they were gifted to me early). I was a bit nervous at first, but soon realized that the classes are FUN and there is absolutely no judgement. I feel stronger each time I leave!
