Harrison's Grill & Bar - American restaurant in Clinton - 110 Hillvale Rd, USA

Traveling through the area and wanted something other than restaurant chain food. I found Harrison's and decided to try it. My server was friendly, and efficient, took my drink order promptly as well as my meal order. She also checked to make sure everything was good throughout my meal. I ordered the steak medium rare,white cheddar mashed potatoes ,and steamed broccoli. The steak was cooked well,but did have an " off" taste ,especially around the edges,I assume it was either frozen ,then thawed, or just,been around a while. Potatoes could've used a bit more moisture ( milk or cream), steamed broccoli was good. All in all it was a decent meal,and if I find myself in the area again I would definitely give it another try!

Food over a year ago was pretty good. Since then, quite downhill. Portions on some dishes are considerably less, while prices have gone up. Wife and I are here tonight and for the last time. My catfish was good, hush puppies cold. Wife ordered the pot roast which was obviously quickly microwaved. Some of it warm, mashed potatoes were old and cold. Pot roast had no veggies and looked worse than a plate of Purina dog chow. She was able to exchange for a potato skin app. Management never came to apologize. Check was still full price. Don't waste your money 👎

Everything Amazing! Not just one person, but the 5 or so we encountered. Just a great atmosphere, incredibly genuine people, tasty food, lots of laughs.

Yummy food. We loved amm that we ordered. Good parking space and lot of place to sit and eat. Try their grilled chicken with cilantro. Also the salmon. Portion is good enough for one adult. Reasonably priced Good, quick service

First time here and everything was cold, got the special which was beef tips that were apparently left over scrap pieces cut from the choice steaks they sell. They were the size of a dime and mostly fat. Loaded excessively with onions so you have to go hunting for the meat. No seasoning and bland! Waitress was cordial but no refills on my husband’s drinks and they weren’t even busy. His food was cold also. Don’t recommend at all.

Nothing like sitting near the kitchen and lots of room elsewhere. My chicken was so over cooked and dry and the gravy had flour lumps in it and cold. Very disappointing this evening. It’s usually good. Missed the mark tonight.

Delicious meals and great service is what we got here. We had lunch here on Sunday and had an enjoyable time. Our waiter was new, but he made sure we got refills on drinks and that our food was correct (the person that delivered the food mixed up two of the orders and our waiter took them back to be fixed/redone). The prices are reasonable, although slightly higher than other restaurants for the same type of order. But the quality of the food was superb! We'll definitely be back.
