Harrah's Laughlin Hotel & Casino - Featured Reviews (11433)
Harrah's Laughlin is amazing. I've been coming since 2019 and it is my favorite vacation spot. Harrah's has is own beach on the Colorado River with grass umbrellas and private cabanas. There are 2 pools - a family pool and an adult pool with a bar. That is really nice for those without children. The rooms are nice, beds and pillows are comfy, and the staff is phenomenal!!! The restaurants have the best food and the gaming floor has a wide variety of slots and tables. Make sure to visit El Burro Buracho's!!!!
I booked in the newly remodeled North tower and my kids & I loved our stay. The arcade, food court & pool were conveniently located soon as you step out the elevator! The staff were great. I had a family emergency during my stay and they were very polite & helpful.
I really would’ve liked if my room had a fridge & microwave. But overall, our stay was so relaxing. I’m looking forward to staying there again soon.
*Disclaimer: We are Caesars Rewards members and our room was comped*||We had never been to Laughlin, Nevada before and we were not sure what to expect but Harrah's is a very nice place to stay in this area. The resort is located on the Colorado River, bordering Bullhead City, Arizona. The hotel has many towers, each being about 18 floors. Our room was a suite over looking the Colorado River on the 16th floor. The views were amazing from this room and we could see clear over to the Arizona side it was beautiful. The room itself was reminiscent of the 1990's decor but that did not bother us. The queen beds were a bit on the smaller side, but we did not mind that either. The only disappointing factor was that the Jacuzzi tub did not work- we made management aware of this during our stay.||A couple of things to be aware of when traveling here:|-There are a lot of families that vacation here, we were surprised to find a lot of kids going through the casino floor however having traveled more in the surrounding areas we realized there is not many options for vacations in this area, hence the kids on the casino floors.|-Our cellphone service was very bad, being in a concrete building made for poor service even when using the hotel's wifi.|-The beach on the Colorado River is very rocky! Don't make our mistake in not having rocky beach ready shoes. (Bring water shoes or crocs!)||Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harrah's Laughlin Casino and Hotel Resort. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Caesars!
The beds are very comfortable. I sleep through the night. Room service is great when I need something they always are more then happy to help. It was late and needed towels and they brought them quickly. Convenience of having the Beach Cafe, and other food places is a plus.
So I'm going to lay it off it here like this. Ive been going to Vegas for 30+years. Never been to Laughlin. Die hard Caesar Rewards member. Decided to stay at Harrah's Laughlin. I'm not sure what to say. This does not feel like any of the many Caesar's properties I've stayed at. Starting with the parking garage elevators which look like a murder scene (blood on the top of the elevator panels) to waiting in line for a long time to get to our room in the Central Tower. 4 elevators. Two were not working. The other two were slow, but doing their job. When we first came to the property the first thing in my mind was. Renovation. Why has Harrah's not spent the money to make this place better? Like it's a large motel. Everything feels dirty. I'm shocked that Caesars puts their name on this. Don't think we'll be back anytime soon. Major disappointment. The table limits were just as high as they are in Vegas. Caesar's Palace when we stayed months ago had lower limits than here. They either need to sell this property off or commit major $$$ to making it better. I felt like I time warped back to 1995 when I walked in. Do better Caesars. Fix it.
Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Employees are rude and confrontational. Rooms haven't been updated since the 70's. No real air conditioning in the rooms, they have swamp coolers instead. Room felt hot and sticky the entire stay. Bath tub was clogged. Hotel hallways are dirty. Elevators are hot. Parking lots are not enough to accommodate guests/gamblers. "Views" from hotel room are trash. I paid for rolling hills and river view, instead I got a parking lot with a hill behind it.
Just because you can get a "good deal" on their rooms, do yourself a favor and pay a little extra to stay somewhere else.
Old run down room. $811 for two nights and they would only give us ONE pillow for the pull out couch. Manager said there was only one extra in entire hotel. Note to Caesar’s BUY MORE PILLOWS! No water pressure in the shower or the sinks. Asked for housekeeping while we left for 4 hours and came back to nothing done. One dim lamp for light in the living area. Had to break the only bar of soap in half to have soap at the sink in the bathroom and living area sink. Both tables in the living area were filthy. Not worth the money! $400 for two nights fine; certainly not $811!
My family and I stayed here for 1 night due to an event being nearby and we were split up into 5-6 rooms on different floors and towers and we all had similar issues with our rooms. My wife and I had a 1 King bedroom in the North Tower and at first look the room is nice but once we actually got settled in we immediately noticed a handful of problems.
Firstly the space where the “included refrigerator” was completely empty. There was no fridge. The bed frame was split into 2 platforms to support each side of the mattress but 1 side was caved in so the bed was completely lopsided and it made for an extremely uncomfortable night of sleep. There were 0 towels when we got in the room so we had to call housekeeping to give us towels and they didn’t even give us enough towels even though we asked for a specific amount.
After using the bathroom sink for just washing our hands the drain completely stopped draining so we ended up having to use the shower for washing our hands and brushing our teeth because staring at sitting water in the sink was disgusting. There was still hair on the shower walls from previous guests. Our AC was barely working and apparently that was an issue with our other family members’ rooms as well. The door to the bathroom was crooked so you had to physically push/pull the door to get it to open or close.
We sucked it up just because we were there for 1 night but I can guarantee I will never stay here ever again due to the horrible conditions.
On the plus side the staff was very friendly and the casino floor does have nice inclusions like an arcade and a Smash Burger.
It was cheap for 1 night so I guess you get what you pay for.
The first trip to an in-n- out restaurant. It was a great experience. The menu is very easy, very plain.. The place is similar to a steak and shake for those who are on the East Coast. That don't have an In-n out. We met a gentleman from California a
Great place for an early dinner. Enjoyed the atmosphere, our food, & our server (Sydney).

Stopped in for breakfast recently. We ordered bacon & eggs and sausage patties and eggs.
Food arrived hot, portions were generous, got decaf coffee from a freshly brewed pot, toast with plenty of butter. Bacon and sausage patties were just right. Enj
Love this place! Out of all of the local places to have a drink here in Laughlin, this is the best! Pool tables, darts, good music, friendly atmosphere, video poker, large screens for sports watching, etc! Best thing about this place though is the se
