Well stocked, unfortunately I picked a time when the meat department had been picked clean. Very professional people, nice and polite. Very clean store.
I got there 10 min before closing time I needed two items I drove a decent ways to get there and when I got there the manager looked at me through the glass and waved me off. I pointed at the sign on the door that stated they didn’t close till ten and he proceeded to wave me off again. Incredibly unprofessional management. I might add the other employees standing around were literally shaking their heads and laughing at me cause I didn’t just immediately walk to my car.
It's nice to have a good grocery store in Vilonia that has actual groceries, unlike the places that only carry unhealthy snacks. Harps is a better option than driving all the way to Conway or Cabot, especially when you are pressed on time.
Update about 2 years later October 2023: Not much has changed, they're still conveniently located, staff is usually friendly but the lack of options is annoying, and the overprice makes you drive further. I usually bypass them to go elsewhere, but every once in a while I'm too tired to keep going. I guess that's why they stay in business. Original: Overpriced, and very limited selection. They are friendly, usually. Would have been two stars except for they are very conveniently located, and the staff is good.
Harps grocery stores have always been my favorite because of their cleanliness. Now they have gas pumps and a section where you can pay for gas, get a drink or even get a plate of their fresh chicken, fish and all the fixings. I wish they sold vape juice though!
A good locally owned grocery store! They have a chain across some southern states that I know of, they may have more+ but it is a reputable, family owned company that is worth paying a couple extra bucks for on groceries to ensure our country is not sold out to the Chinese and different monopolies!
Thankful to have here in this small town. Has everything I need and a friendly staff.
Our store is a super one now so we have fresh fruit, vegetables, and a lot of meat. I have been going in and catching some great deals. Always check the perishables because they will mark them down.
Really amazing food and nice customer service. The food is fresh and reasonably priced. Give them a call ahead and pick it up. That's what's most people do. (Tip: mix the yum yum with sirachi sauce) ,personally, I loved the place. Definitely coming b
Food was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and went out to valonia to go karting, and decided to stop by. We will probably make the 45 minute trip just to eat at El rancho again soon.
