Great experience. Our crew of 20 harvested over 600 birds. Jim was Awesome, Eric was awesome. It was great to see the dogs work. A huge highlight of the trip was also the food. Absolutely the best food I’ve had in a long time. Would definitely return.

I just completed a 3 day whitetail hunt, and Heartland Lodge exceeded every expectation. Melissa was friendly and helpful when checking us in, and gave detailed info on how to find our room and what to expect for the weekend. The lodge was exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Matt, Noah, Silas, and the rest of the guides put us in the best position to shoot. Chef Terry made sure we did not go hungry, and even made us lunches to take hunting so we could stay out all day. The food was 10/10 and everything was made from scratch. Gary Harpole was friendly and present throughout the whole weekend, and made sure every guest had exactly what they needed. I highly recommend Heartland Lodge to anyone looking for their next hunting adventure.

Just completed my first bird hunt. Our company has been coming here for a number of years and I was a guest this year. I have done many trips to various lodges fishing but this, by far, is a top notch facility. Amenities, staff, food, lodging - they run a phenomenal business. Hunts were great. Knowledge and SAFE guides. Highly recommended and will be back.

Another truly outstanding upland hunt with Harpole’s Heartland Lodge!!! The birds were plentiful, the dog work excellent, the guides all top notch. I hunted with Alex as my guide and truly enjoyed my time in the field with him. He’s an expert at what he does. I can not recommended this lodge highly enough. If you are thinking of booking an upland hunt, this is the place to do it!! ||In addition to great hunting the food and atmosphere at the lodge are just what you’d want for an upland hunting experience. Great place!!!

This was my first lodge stay and guided hunt experience and it is going to be hard to top. Guide Ben Kuhn and his dogs were on point! (Pun intended!) Ben was very knowledgeable and his dogs were great. Gary and the staff at Heartland were awesome and made us feel like family. This was a business trip but I will definitely plan a stay/hunt in the future with my family.

Harpole’s Heartland Lodge is a first class facility from start to finish… We booked an bow hunt , had many opportunities at great bucks although I didn’t harvest one , I did get in a day of Pheasant hunting which was incredible. Great guides Alex for deer and Chris for Pheasant, the accommodations are five star along with some of the kindest staff you could possibly ask for !!! Did I mention the food we had some of the finest meals I’ve ever eaten… highly recommend Harpole’s Heartland Lodge…….

We had a wonderful time at Heartland Lodge This last week. The lodging was great. The guide Alex took great care of us in the field. He has incredible dogs. Melissa in the reception area made sure we had gear for the field. Thanks to the kitchen staff for great meals and we will return next year for sure.

Harpole's Heartland Lodge is a spectacular resort and hunting lodge. The facilities and the lodge are immaculately maintained, the food is excellent and in ample quantity. The staff both at the Lodge and the hunting staff is all friendly and highly competent.|The hunting fields are kept in great condition with a large selection of birds , pheasants, quail and chukars. all the birds flew well even when we did not have ideal weather conditions, Eric our hunting guide has excellent well trained dogs.|This was my second years, i will return again.
