Rude & ratchet front desk lady. Rooms are dirty and outdated! The front desk manager is very nosey and tells you that you can't have company in a room you paid for 👎 Lucky I rated the property 2 stars ⭐

Was cooking dinner for my family my daughter went in the bathroom and walked out with this!! What a great place for kids to come to!! Nothing but crazy around here!! Definitely unsafe for toddlers!!

Been here for 4 days and I must say my money was well spent. Nice rooms nice customer service and over all it was clean. The price Is very reasonable. It’s worth the visit well satisfied.//// Update. They told us we can't come back after spending over 4,000 dollars they blamed me and my girlfriend for breaking a door and tryed charging us with out knowing. Poor customer service will never come back to this establishment as long as it's up and running. I wish nothing but the worst for this business to fail right into the ground. The lady in the office will give you a room free of charge for $20 stone.

The room was cleaner than many well known & expensive motels I have stay at. The service was excellent and the towels were clean. We enjoyed our stay, me & my fiance.

A family owned and operated motel with inexpensive rooms, and friendly staff right outside of downtown ypsi.

The good news is that much effort and money was put into the bathroom spa and shower. They were wonderful. Also, the lady in the office worked hard to keep us and our neighbors happy. Hence 2 two stars not 1. Now for the bad side: Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, the walls, floor and doors were dirty. Noise from the neighbors could be heard inside and outside our room. Had to walk to the office to use a microwave. Nervous regarding the neighborhood we were in. This factor in addition to the other issues above we couldn't relax then sleep. Although we had paid for 2 nights here we went to another establishment and paid $20 more for a room with a much better room and experience. I recommend pay the $20 extra and stay elsewhere.

Literally has Roaches , I haven’t seen one of those things since I was a kid 20 years ago 🤦🏾‍♂️ along with black mold in the bathroom

The rooms stink the towels and sheets dirty they should only cost 30 not 65 the worse hotel I've ever stayed in .
