My grandson enjoys this park. There are an abundance of children everytime we've gone to play. The equipment is still in good condition. There are a few areas that hold water longer than other areas. It's colorful and has some interesting facts about insects posted. Seating is pretty plentiful.
Upon leaving I thought it would be a lot easier an time saving to use the restroom there so I did the locks on the doors were so messed up it sliced my finger open weeks later still having trouble with it .not to mention no dogs allowed at their park so that made for an extra stop as we’ll to let them out to parks an places should think about it people travel with kids and pets it sucks to have multiple stops just to accommodate the already unfortunate situations
Adorable park with inventive playground style. Great for children of all ages. A few drawbacks: it completely floods after a day/night of rain; the people in the homes near the park stare creepily at you as you exit and return to your vehicle; and the park can get very crowded when school lets out. However, these negatives aren’t serious enough to keep me and my family away. We just moved here, and this will probably be our regular park to attend.
My first time taking my great grandchildren there. It was nice to be there enjoying the weather while the children playing.
Nice clean place to enjoy gatherings of all kinds and my kids loved this park.
Fun playground. Took my nephew and kids ages 5-11 and all had a great time.
Such an amazing playground design and so obviously neglected. So much trash all over the place. No sign of the needles I saw someone else say they had found and I looked it over carefully before I let my kids near. There were parents smoking in the middle of the playground. People have intentionally broken heads off the decorative animals, ripped off pieces of the playground decor. It’s a unique and fantastic design and probably cost a fortune. Breaks my heart to see a treasure like this abused and wasted. Other reviews mentioned a homeless population and there were some random older adults hanging around that seemed to fit the description that made me a bit uneasy the way they would hover and stare. As it became evening there were more adults without kids showing up at the pavilion, hanging around the entrance, around the fence line.
This is a beautiful and unique park that would be wonderful to take kids to, but when we went there was many homeless people sitting in the park and roaming around, they didnt bother us though. While my son was playing we first found cigarette butts and ashes all over the top of the tower so we avoided that area. Then we saw a puddle of urine in the cave at the bottom of the tower and the stentch was awful. There was someone from park operations there cleaning the bathrooms and I made him aware of what we found. He was very nice and said he would take care of it. We would love to come back here but that is not going tohappen unfortunately. Be careful letting your kids play freely here.

Iâve lived in this area my whole life and it is a favorite place of mine. I like the size of the park, itâs not too overwhelming, very intimate. Great place for swimming and camping. Highly recommend if you want somewhere affordable and serene wi
Liked it from the very first sight. The place is clean and the river adds to its beauty. Has a lot of space for gathering and spending a really nice time. People also love to walk and run here.
Today was an adventure day, and making a stop at Hurricane Creek Park did not disappoint. It was a great spot to stop and dip our toes in the cool water. Great walking trails and ease of access to the water. Not busy at all when we were there and it
Kayla was very sweet down to earth if i would have to rate my experience with her & just the atmosphere in the store in general it would be a 10+ and beyond. Her wanting to help me and educating me on most of their product was very helpful she was su
I Googled âbest coffee in Tuscaloosaâ and this came up! Game on! Being the coffee snob I am, challenge accepted! Maps brought me to the address but it wasnât apparent that I was here. The gold letters on the glass door made it hard to distingui
I love getting custom spray tans here. Theyâre very attentive to detail and I NEVER turn orange. Itâs also always super clean around the salon and in the tanning beds.
The service was very expedient. I ordered my graduation apparel and the same day received an email that my items were ready for pickup. They also let me know one part of my order was no longer in stock and the money for that particular item was refun
