Great location! I love the place and the service! Rooms were perfect! I recommend it!

honestly was nervous after all the bad reviews. my and my husband are staying for four days and are on day 3. we love it. clean and bug free despite what other reviews say. so close to the beach. many restaurants, markets and things to do nearby. we will definitely be coming back.

It's my 3rd stay at the Harding Miami beach apartments in a different rooms each time and you can't have a better value for your money. Clean rooms and super location. 5 min from the beach. That's what I'm looking for when on vacation and that's what I get here. All the services at walking distance plus a small theater nearby. The place is well managed by Marixta who knows the importance of customer service and is a very nice woman. Very quick to answer questions. Enjoy my stay every time! I will return.

They don't tell you you have to check in by email so that inconvenienced my first night. I'm use to checking in by a desk but the room and accessories were great. If the booking manager was a little more available that would be great. He says he'll call you back but doesn't lol

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property due to travel complications. While it seems like it would be a great stay, we will never be staying there due to them not honoring our cancellation. We tried to cancel within 24 hours within booking and had even paid for the travel insurance through Expedia, but they refused to cancel and we were charged nearly $300 for a stay tht we didn't use. We plan on rescheduling our trip to Miami within the next few months, and we will not even consider staying here. Of anyone is looking for a hotel that is reasonable and understanding, I do not recommend the Harding Miami Beach Apartments! I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled!

My wife and I stayed for our second time in two years. It's a room, you have your own bathroom and a small kitchenette area with a microwave and fridge. The area is quiet, one block from mid beach. There are some restaurants in the area as well a Wallgreens and a CVS on the corner. I gave it four stars because it was an easy check in with no front desk and easy communication between the building manager and using your email. We will stay again when in Miami Beach.

NO NO NO. do NOT book a room here. Hotel DENIED my card and refuse to let me pay. The person on the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. the outside of this hotel looks like a section 8 property. and no parking was available. I did not feel comfortable in this area at all. this hotel will be reported. Please look into this property before booking.

Be aware when booking if your credit card is declined they do not contact you I.was not told my reservation was cancelled after I called Manager to get the entry code was told I had to go through booking .com and use another card then I would get the entry code .but after seeing the property it was a blessing to have it cancelled this place looked disgusting and after reading the reviews their are plenty complaints . I was lucky enough to be able to book another Hotel which was so much better and I. A better location. South Beach verses North Beach . And if you do book Harding MIami beach and have a problem be advised if you text property be prepared to get a nasty response from Manager Roberto he is very rude and nasty even threatened to have lawyer call me if I kept texting him I told him I gladly speak to his Lawyer. He never responded again .
