Had my food in less than 3 minutes, fresh, hot and nothing was missing, couldn’t ask for much more. Thanks Hunter for being so kind and getting me in and out of the drive thru. Definitely will be coming back.
Ordered 2 chicken wraps online. Walked in to the pickup counter and was not acknowledged for 5 minutes. Not busy by the way. The cashier finally asked if needed something. I said had a mobile order. She went and got someone who came out and said, "you'll have to wait. The cook is cooking them". Which was a lie. I watched her put chicken strips in the fryer. No apologies. No pleasentries. Just wait. A manager eventually showed up as the 3 employees up front appeared to be mystified. After 19 minutes I walked out with not so tasty chicken wraps. (Over done)
Bought 10 chicken tenders for $17.00. Not bad flavor. A bit dry and small, not a good value. Won't be back.
This Hardee's was terrible!! I ordered a sausage biscuit and gravey. They didn't have any platters! I didn't know this until my husband came to the table. The lady that took our order knew this but didn't bother to tell me when I ordered it. Definitely would have ordered something different if she had only told me.

I had the hand-breaded chicken tenders combo with medium fries and a Coke. The food was piping hot and delicious. This Hardee’s is very well maintained and clean. I would gladly come back here again.
Do not order extra icing on cinn raisin biscuits….they charge .35 and there is no extra. See picture
