Foods always fresh.. Hands down best breakfast in the Am. I mean every day breakfast is on point hot fresh and ready to be ordered to your liking

The drive thru is AI. I don't like that at all. We waited 20 minutes after we paid at window behind 3 other cars parked in the line for our order. And it was basically smashed in bag.

We went to get breakfast this morning and I got 4 cinnamon raisin biscuits and large breakfast meal..our meals were cold and probably sitting for awhile including the hashrounds! And the 4 cinnamon raisin biscuits were not cooked and dough in the middle couldn't even eat them! They need to train their people better because this was disgusting. If you know its been sitting awhile throw it out!! People rather wait on fresh food then get what we got this morning! I will not go back for a very long time!! Do better!!

They've started trIaling AI in their drive through and the wait time has become insane. Just spent 10 minutes in the drive-thru unable to place my order because of it. Staff seemed friendly but I suspect we're trying to do too many things because it's assumed the drive-thru is now handled by the computer. Ended up not getting food and wasting my time. Probably won't be back.

Went in the other day to find that your order is taken by AI now instead of an actual person. You want my money but can't interact with me to get it. That seems a little impersonal and disconnected from the customer to me. Then I get to the window and had forgotten to order a drink. I was told I had to go all the way back around and order at the speaker. There was nobody in line behind me. There was no reason the order couldn't be fixed at the window.

Get rid of the Ai. If I go back and there is Ai taking drive through orders I will leave. If I go in and there are kiosking saying order here instead of a person at the register I will walk out. I would rather skip a meal than tolerate this.

I went thru the drive thru and wished I had went inside! They seriously need to hire people that care about customer service! I ordered 2 pork chop biscuits, gravy with both, but gravy on the side. I looked in my bag before driving off,and only saw one gravy ,I mentioned it to thru lady she said ,there was one, because the one container was for both of the biscuits, and I was clearly upset ,but never said a word. Why wouldn't she ask me, the customer, if I would like it like that, or would I like a separate bowl of gravy with each biscuit, is beyond me! Her attitude topped it all off and idk if I will ever go back again ,if the same lady will be working the drive thru! It was morning of October 11th 2023 around 740am Hardee's, do better!

Was asked to wait to place my order. Waited over 10 minutes, they came outside switched the menu board from breakfast to lunch and then conveniently told me they were no longer serving breakfast. Sleezy people.
