Hardee’s - Fast food restaurant in Mulberry - 515 E Canal St, USA

We arrived about about 9:30 am. There were 2 gentlemen in front of us and maybe 2 cars in drive through. I counted 6 employees at that time. Not 1 person greeted us,not 1. We stood about 10 minutes and finally a young girl with headphones said she be right with us. She was doing both, window and inside orders. Again 5 others doing or acting like they were doing something. We place the order and husband goes gets sweet tea and it was spoiled. So that one very very sweet girl with headphones on had to stop and make sweet tea and still doing all the orders. Get this one now we are up to 8 employees. As we are waiting a gentlemen pops in and he must of been the president of the company or somebody special because he got a huge greeting from the one lady who was standing doing nothing by the grill. She took his order and bam he was out the door in 7 minutes, if that. This is why businesses are failing. Finally we were getting upset and I asked my husband what is taking so long,well it's amazing how a couple of people came out and tried to help. Awful. My ham and if you want to call the white runny stuff cheese was horrible. What is the name of running cheese looks like water? With prices at restaurants now a days ,we need to do better in quality of food. It took us 30 minutes to get in and out of a fast food restaurant that didn't have any business. I aways say get rid of dead wood and hire the best with better pay.

Doesn't matter what you order or what your receipt says. They're just going to give you whatever they feel like. Every time I go to this location, I have to bring my order back to have it replaced. You'll either get the wrong item, something was forgotten, or a request as simple as no onion can get you a burger with everything on it. Most of the staff is great, managers are great and the order is always corrected without hesitation or issue. I know good help is hard to find at the moment, but they could probably benefit from re-evaluation of the prep staff or hire more help.

Had a juicilicious mushroom and swiss burger. Full of mouth watering goodness. 😋 Drive thru attendant was pleasant. Prices are a bit high for fast food for my liking.

Drive through 10/25/23 at250 two star hamburger meals that were delish. The cashier couldn’t get any sweeter than she was. Super smile and friendly.

The Hardee's in Mulberry is my go to for "fast food breakfast and burgers or a quick shake on my way to work...Inside has always been clean and their drive thru is service is always quick(considering everything is made to order).....food is always hot and service is always friendly....

The best sausage and biscuits anywhere. I'm now a truck driver.Well this breakfast took me back 35 years + when I was a kid with my first job I would grab a sausage and biscuit in Goshen Indiana. Before going to work buttery biscuit and the sausage gravy just right. Maybe even a touch better . Thanks for the memories. I stopped by this Hardee's whenever I get a chance

Needs better help. They can't take your order because they have things to do in the back. I'm giving up on ordering breakfast because they never have anything ready always out of something. I'll just drive the 15 minutes and go to the Waffle House from now on.

The food is always hot and fresh so I can't complain. I enjoyed my Frisco Meal
