Hardee’s - Fast food restaurant in Spring Hill - 6292 Commercial Way, USA

The server was awesome. And the hamburgers were so good. The applied pies and shakes were good too. We've there 3 times so far.

This is definitely a A+ great location. The staff is friendly and they know what there doing. You can also tell they take pride in there work. The food came out speedy and was all hot and fresh (unlike McDonald’s who loves to serve old soggy fries). The shakes are super delicious as well. Bathrooms are clean, stocked and smelling fresh. Restaurant is clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this location. AAAA

Food was alright, I mean it's a fast food restaurant. But the staff was lovely, condiment bar was well stocked and the place was clean. I do recommend the frenchtoast sticks, definitely the best dish we had. They have beautiful pictures of nearby state park and their mermaid show hung all over, which gave the place a very nice face-lift.

I ordered the monster burger. It was a plain hamburger bun 2 meet paties a slice of cheese and bacon. There were no condiments and no veggies. I didn't even eat half and threw out the rest of a $13 burger. Worst burger ever and this is coming from someone who can live on hamburger by itself.

Had the bacon, cheese and egg on a biscuit and it was good as usual, coffee was a little strong for me, but just my opinion. It was served nice and hot so can't complain. The girls were nice and friendly with smiles.

Regular fast food nothing special. Staff was prompt and courteous and brought the order out as soon as it was ready. Men's restroom was a little gross but kind of typical. Condiments and beverage area was well stocked and clean.

I love Hardee's don't get me wrong the food is delicious but I just waited in a Drive-Thru forever for my order was told to move up because they were still finishing so I waited even longer after I had already paid. I was giving my bag and tried to get home quickly only to realize half of my order. I call them back tell them what they forgot to give me told them my name brought my receipt and everything. I then drove all the way back to the restaurant to pick up my missing food.But my thing is if I had to go through all that and then drive all the way back to the restaurant to pick up my missing food that I should have had to begin, with you would think they would offer a coupon a booklet a free meal throw in some extra hash browns throw in an extra sandwich or something. But I got nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️Now if I would have acted crazy and been screaming and cursing at people I'm sure they would have done something to please me but because I kept my composure and I was nice I got nothing. Lesson learned 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm not sure if this location has on-site manager at all times but this location probably needs one. After waiting 10 minutes for cold fries and have it shoved in my face by staff who can apparently only talk to each other. AVOID
