Their chicken, which used to be their best item, has fallen off sharply. The chicken tenders which cost about $1.30/tender are about 3” long and are barely 3 bites each. Just another fast food chain that sucks now for value. Basically 50 cents per bite of chicken. Not steak…but chicken. Such a rip off. Was like $9 after tax for 3 normal size tenders.
I enjoy the charbroiled grilled hamburgers/cheese burgers here. The burgers are thick and juicy. They remind of Burger King burgers. They also offer other various hot sandwiches, such as ham, roast beef and chicken. The restaurant dining area is clean and ample sized. The rest rooms were clean as well. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was brought right to my table when it was ready. For extra convenience, there is also a drive thru. The parking lot is large with plenty of regular and handicapped spots. I will definitely be back.
To say the food was over salted and overly greasy would not be a lie. Sadly the food is going down hill and the service right along with it. Not to mention the horrible banging with no explanation, kinda worried someone was being attacked 😔 and it was a worker trying to get the top off the trash can by slamming the whole thing repeatedly into the floor.
Always great food. Went for hotdogs bur they no longer have them. The bacon cheeseburger was great. Staff was on top of everything. Excellent.
Have not eaten at Hardee's in quite a long time. The chicken BBQ wraps are very good.
I absolutely LOVE your Mushroom Swiss burger.. takes me quite a drive to get one because we don't have a Hardee's in Hagerstown Maryland anymore.
Service was nice. Food looked good but I was disappointed. I had 4 bites of mushroom Swiss burger and I was done. 3 fries & I was done with them. Coke was excellent.
Worst experience yet. I understand being under staffed. But if they can't do better than what I got today. They should just close up. I sat in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes for a burger, fries, and a milkshake. The milkshake came out in 10 minutes. By the time I got my food 15 minutes later it was melted. Oh. And I was the only car in the drive thru for the first 15 minutes!
Cute & very popular little diner in Greencastle. Found it on Google Maps when in town at the coffee roaster. Food was delicious, service fast & friendly. Busy on a tuesday late morning but didn't wait long for food and no wait to be seated.
