Wow when ya think fast food couldn't possibly get worse try the Hardee's in Guntersville!!! We stood at the counter for almost 5mins in a completely empty restaurant before seeing what looked to be a Manager walking around in the back on her cell phone completely ignoring us after having to get her attention more then once someone finally took our order we really should've left the and went somewhere else fries we're OLD, COLD and SOGGY with i guess pieces of old chicken in them... I'm paying for eating there today I will never waste another dime at Hardee's 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢
The soft drinks at this location taste horrible. The food and service is good. I go there every morning on my way to work. They have one girl that works the drive thru she has serious bad manners.
5:36 on a Friday afternoon. Doors locked. Meanwhile, an employee sits in the dinning room studiously ignoring me at the door. No signage anywhere stating they weren't open for business. No wonder no one goes to Hardee's anymore.
On the weekends my son likes to eat breakfast from there then on Sundays when Chick-fil-A's closed we go. But it's always the same great service, kind, sweet, and professional employees, and
I love their biscuits, but it would be nice if they could somehow land the egg on the sandwich! The egg was VERY uneven and totally off the side! This happened on 2 different occasions. Neither time were they busy and needed to rush the manufactureing of the biscuit!
First of all I wasn’t happy with smaller bowl of gravy, then to find it wasn’t even full was even worse. Also as you can see my medium upgraded drink didn’t benefit much either. Almost $7 for breakfast and only to find the more prices go up, the less food you get.
The biscuits were somewhat cold and my steak wasn't even hot enough to melt cheese. But I guess my husband enjoyed his loaded omelet, hes not real picky about the biscuit heat. 11-14-2023 ... We had a group of friends come in the Guntersville location and the steak biscuits were cold and the steak was old. We spent 37$ and it wasn't worth it. We're not gonna go back for the food. Service was good thou.
The double sausage biscuit is fire. Fresh cooked except for the hash browns. Fast and friendly service little burgers and pointy fries today. 😞. Disappointed in Hardee's food right now.
This place was great. Nothing to complain about. Food was great. Good burgers, chicken tenders, milkshakes, and fries. We received food in a decent amount of time. Will recommend and will go again.
